皖江城市带对外贸易竞争力研究

【摘要】：皖江城市带土地面积7.6万平方公里,人口 3165万人,2015年国内生产总值16237.4亿元,分别占全省的54%、46%和67%,是实施促进中部地区崛起战略的支点,在中西部承接产业转移中具有重要的战略地位。2015年5月《国务院关于加快培育外贸竞争新优势的若干意见》出台,要求各地大力推动外贸结构调整,加快提升对外贸易国际竞争力。随着移动互联网时代的到来,我国经济逐渐步入新常态,加之国家"一带一路"战略的提出,皖江城市带对外贸易的发展也面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文通过搜集整理相关文献,把握国内外相关研究的现状、动态和趋向,界定了皖江城市带对外贸易竞争力的内涵,规范分析了皖江城市带外贸发展现状及其特征,即:外贸总额稳步上升、增速逐渐放缓、外贸产品结构改善较大、外贸方式比较单一、外贸伙伴多元分散。在此基础上分析了皖江城市带外贸竞争力不足的主要原因,即:经济外贸依存度偏低、外商直接投资利用程度不深、外贸方式结构失衡、外贸出口商品技术含量不足等。本文综合传统的比较优势理论、要素禀赋理论和国家竞争优势理论、产品生命周期理论和产业内贸易等理论,结合皖江城市带所处地域及经济发展水平进行定性分析,归纳了影响皖江地区对外贸易竞争力的六大主要因素。然后,以2000-2015年皖江地区统计数据为对象构建多元线性回归模型,对皖江城市带对外贸易竞争力与六大主要因素之间的关系进行定量实证分析。结果表明:技术进步、外商直接投资、相关配套产业和产业结构有益于提升皖江地区外贸的竞争力,而劳动力投入和资本投入则不如假设预期,未能有效发挥积极作用。最后,本文从人才培养、利用外资和优化产业结构方面提出了具体的对策建议如下:第一,大力提高劳动者素质,降低劳动力相对成本;第二,优化招商引资政策,提高外资利用水平:第三,促进产业结构优化,发展战略新兴产业;第四,优化投资环境,促进区域平衡发展。本文的创新之处在于:第一,研究视角的创新。目前,学术界针对皖江城市带展开研究的文献相对较少,现有相关研究主要集中在皖江城市带承接产业转移、产业升级及其他研究等。本文对皖江城市带对外贸易竞争力问题进行研究,研究视角较新颖。第二,研究方法的创新。采用定性与定量相结合的方法探寻外贸竞争力影响因素及提升路径。本文在选取指标方面可能存在不足,未来需要进一步研究。第三,研究结论的创新。技术进步、外商直接投资、相关配套产业和产业结构促进了皖江地区外贸竞争力提升,而劳动力投入和资本投入则不如假设预期,未能有效发挥促进作用。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Anhui River urban belt was one tillion six hundred and twenty-three billion seven hundred and forty million yuan, accounting for 54% and 67% of the province's total gross domestic product (GDP), accounting for 76,000 square kilometers (76,000 square kilometers) and 31.65 million people. It is the fulcrum of the strategy of promoting the rise of the central region. In May 2015, the State Council's opinions on speeding up the cultivation of new competitive advantages in foreign trade were issued, requiring all localities to vigorously promote the readjustment of foreign trade structure. With the advent of the era of mobile Internet, China's economy has gradually entered the new normal, coupled with the national "Belt and Road" strategy. The development of foreign trade in the urban belt of Anhui River is also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Through collecting and sorting relevant documents, this paper grasps the current situation, trends and trends of relevant research at home and abroad. This paper defines the connotation of the foreign trade competitiveness of the Anhui River city belt, and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the foreign trade development of the Anhui river city belt, that is, the total volume of foreign trade increases steadily, the growth rate slows down gradually, and the structure of foreign trade products improves greatly. Based on the analysis of the main reasons for the lack of competitiveness of foreign trade in the city of Anhui River, namely, the degree of dependence on economic foreign trade is low, the degree of foreign direct investment is not deep. This paper combines traditional comparative advantage theory, factor endowment theory and national competitive advantage theory. Product life cycle theory and intra-industry trade theory, combined with the regional and economic development level of Anhui River urban zone qualitative analysis, summed up the six major factors that affect the competitiveness of foreign trade in Wanjiang region. Based on the statistical data from 2000 to 2015, a multivariate linear regression model was constructed. This paper makes a quantitative empirical analysis on the relationship between the competitiveness of foreign trade and six major factors in the urban belt of Anhui River. The results show that: technological progress, foreign direct investment. Relevant supporting industries and industrial structure are beneficial to enhance the competitiveness of foreign trade in Anhui River region, but labor input and capital investment are not as expected, and can not play a positive role. Finally, this article from the talent training. In the aspect of utilizing foreign capital and optimizing industrial structure, some suggestions are put forward as follows: first, to improve the quality of workers and reduce the relative cost of labor force; Second, optimize the policy of attracting investment, improve the level of foreign capital utilization: third, promote the optimization of industrial structure and develop strategic emerging industries; 4th, optimize the investment environment, promote the balanced development of the region. The innovation of this paper lies in: first, the innovation of research perspective. The existing related studies mainly focus on the industrial transfer, industrial upgrading and other studies. This paper studies the competitiveness of the foreign trade of the Anhui River urban belt, the perspective of the study is relatively novel. Second. Research method innovation. Using qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the impact of foreign trade competitiveness factors and the way to improve. This paper may have shortcomings in the selection of indicators, the future needs further research. Third. The innovation of the research conclusion, technological progress, foreign direct investment, related supporting industries and industrial structure promote the competitiveness of foreign trade in Wanjiang area, but the labor input and capital investment are not as expected.
