俄罗斯服务贸易竞争力分析

【摘要】：近几年来国际服务贸易在世界范围内快速发展,一方面提高了劳动生产率,另一方面,也加深了各国间的国际贸易往来。服务贸易在世界贸易中占有了重要的位置,成为经济发展的焦点。但是在俄罗斯国际服务市场还是不太发达,表现在国际服务贸易的年增长率落后于国际货物贸易的增长。现在俄罗斯服务业的发展程度介于发达国家与发展中国家之间。一方面,上世纪90年代在大城市(尤其是莫斯科和圣彼得堡),服务业发展迅速,接近西方服务业发展水平。另一方面,在俄罗斯的远东地区,城市服务贸易的发展水平更接近于“第三世界”国家的程度。由此可知,目前俄罗斯服务贸易在世界服务贸易领域所占的比重并不大,所以分析俄罗斯服务贸易存在的竞争力对俄罗斯服务贸易未来的发展有一定的帮助,不仅对俄罗斯经济的发展有促进作用,还有利于俄罗斯服务贸易在世界服务贸易领域地位的提升,促进俄罗斯服务贸易未来发展。俄罗斯服务贸易竞争力的分析,首先从俄罗斯服务贸易的下属部门服务贸易总量进行了分析,并且从俄罗斯服务贸易在国际市场的占有率和俄罗斯在服务贸易方面存在的比较优势两个方面对俄罗斯服务贸易的发展进行了深入的研究分析,同时也对俄罗斯各部门的服务贸易的优势进行了分析,本文中主要从俄罗斯旅游业的发展、教育业、航天领域和运输业等几个部门着手进行的分析。然后通过这些对比研究,找出俄罗斯服务贸易在发展中存在的问题和弊端,并找出和提出相对应的解决对策,促进俄罗斯服务贸易在今后国际贸易发展和提高。
[Abstract]:In recent years, international trade in services has developed rapidly in the world. On the one hand, it has increased labor productivity, on the other hand, it has also deepened the international trade exchanges among countries. Trade in services occupies an important position in world trade. Has become the focus of economic development. However, the international service market in Russia is still not very developed. This is reflected in the fact that the annual growth rate of international trade in services lags behind the growth of international trade in goods. At present, the level of development of Russian services is somewhere between developed and developing countries. On the one hand, In -10s, in large cities (especially Moscow and St. Petersburg), the service sector developed rapidly, close to the level of the Western service industry. On the other hand, in the far East of Russia, The level of development of urban trade in services is closer to that of "third world" countries. From this, we can see that the proportion of Russian trade in services in the field of world trade in services is not large at present. Therefore, the analysis of the competitiveness of Russia's service trade will be of some help to the future development of Russia's service trade, and not only will it promote the development of the Russian economy, It is also conducive to the promotion of the status of Russia's service trade in the field of world service trade, and to the future development of Russia's service trade. The analysis of the competitiveness of Russia's service trade, First of all, it analyzes the total volume of service trade in Russia's service trade. And from the two aspects of Russia's share of service trade in the international market and Russia's comparative advantage in service trade, the development of Russian service trade is deeply studied and analyzed. At the same time, the advantages of service trade in various sectors of Russia are also analyzed. In this paper, the development of Russian tourism, the development of education, the field of aerospace and the transportation industry are mainly analyzed. Then through these comparative studies, In order to promote the development and improvement of Russian service trade in the future, the problems and disadvantages in the development of Russian service trade are found out, and the corresponding solutions are put forward to promote the development and improvement of Russian service trade in the future.
