我国农产品电子商务发展的新模式研究

【摘要】:随着“互联网+”的深入开展,电子商务得以飞速发展,电子商务的应用领域不断拓展,模式不断演变,影响着全世界人民的生产生活方式。我国为农业大国,在改革开放和社会经济进步的过程中,由土地总量过少的矛盾转换成农业市场结构单一化、农产品生产经营流通滞后化、农村人口留守化、农业市场运营模式陈旧等问题。农业电子商务的普及化,农村淘宝进驻全国各村镇,信息和实物之间、线上和线下之间的联系变得愈加紧密,在农业生产经营领域中发展电子商务势在必行,不仅可以将农产品更好的与消费者联系起来,还可以让客户更好的了解农产品,提高农民收入,做好农业金融服务,增强安全信任感。农业市场投资大、盈利周期长、农产品流通环节等现状制约因素,能否借助于新型的电子商务模式进一步发展,这都需要研究与实践。本文着重从现有农业电子商务模式出发,探寻适合新农业、新农民、新农村的生态电子商务模式应用研究。本文最重要的价值就是拟构建一套关于农产品电子商务发展新模式与实施路径系统,为当前农产品经济发展的创新与突破提供方法论指导。本文在构建农业电子商务新模式中,主要从以下几个方面进行。第一,基于农产品电子商务模式的现状,结合互联网的技术实现,多维度、多视角、多渠道分析和探究农产品电子商务新模式的本质,并对农产品电子商务模式的未来发展趋势进行大胆预测。第二,从我国农产品电子商务现状分析入手,对比国内外发达国家目前在农产品电子商务方面的优势,指出我国农产品电子商务目前面临的困难,并分析它的成因。第三,当前生鲜农产品电子商务供应链在实际运行过程中,还存在库存、采购和信息管理等方面的问题。提出转变管理的理念,优化库存环节管理,加强采购管理和信息管理,从而保证供应链运行的有效性,实现农产品市场的良性发展优化策略。第四,构建农产品电子商务生态系统模式。提出本土化农民电商合作社模式分析、县镇区域电商模式分析研究、基于健康物联网的“农宅对接”解决方案、本土化020模式分析研究、云计算可视化模式分析研究,根据以上四个方面紧紧围绕市场需求变化,以增加农民收入、保障有效供给为主要目标,以提高农业供给质量为主攻方向,优化农业产业体系、生产经营体系,为农业电商开发一系列可持续发展的新型电子商务模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of "Internet", E-commerce has been developed rapidly, the application of E-commerce has been expanded, the mode of E-commerce has been evolving, and it has influenced the way of production and life of people all over the world. China is a big agricultural country. In the process of reform and opening up and social and economic progress, the contradiction of too little land quantity has been transformed into a single agricultural market structure, a lag in the circulation of agricultural products production and operation, and a shift in the rural population to stay behind. With the popularization of agricultural electronic commerce, the rural Taobao has been stationed in villages and towns across the country, and the links between information and physical objects, online and offline, have become more and more close. It is imperative to develop electronic commerce in the field of agricultural production and management. It can not only better link agricultural products with consumers, but also enable customers to better understand agricultural products, raise farmers' income, and do a good job in agricultural financial services. Enhancing the sense of trust in safety. The agricultural market has a large investment, a long profit cycle, and the circulation of agricultural products, and so on. Can it be further developed with the aid of a new electronic commerce model? All this needs to be studied and practiced. This paper focuses on the existing agricultural e-commerce model, to find out suitable for new agriculture, new farmers, The most important value of this paper is to build a set of new mode and implementation path system of agricultural e-commerce development. To provide methodological guidance for the innovation and breakthrough of the current agricultural product economic development. In the construction of the new agricultural e-commerce model, this paper mainly from the following aspects. First, based on the current situation of agricultural e-commerce model, Combined with the technological realization of the Internet, multi-dimensional, multi-perspective, multi-channel analysis and exploration of the nature of the new agricultural e-commerce model, and the future development of agricultural e-commerce model to carry out a bold prediction. Second, Starting with the analysis of the current situation of agricultural e-commerce in China, comparing the advantages of the developed countries at home and abroad in the field of e-commerce of agricultural products, this paper points out the difficulties faced by the e-commerce of agricultural products in our country, and analyzes the causes of its formation. Third, In the current supply chain of fresh agricultural products, there are still some problems such as inventory, purchasing and information management, etc. This paper puts forward the idea of changing management, optimizing the management of inventory, strengthening the management of purchasing and information, etc. So as to ensure the effectiveness of supply chain operation, realize the optimal strategy of benign development of agricultural product market. 4th, construct the agricultural products e-commerce ecosystem model. County and town area e-commerce model analysis research, based on the healthy Internet of things "agricultural house docking" solution, localization 020 model analysis and research, cloud computing visualization model analysis and research, according to the above four aspects tightly around the market demand changes. The main goal is to increase farmers' income and ensure effective supply, to improve the quality of agricultural supply as the main attack direction, to optimize the agricultural industrial system, production and management system, and to develop a series of new e-business models of sustainable development for agricultural e-commerce.
