【摘要】:随着超级市场、仓储式商场、电商各种新业态的迅猛发展,特别是国内电商的崛起,以及地产百货凭借着场地和物业的优势,遍地开花,传统的百货商场也受到了巨大的冲击,客流减少,业绩下滑,转型,将成为百货零售店生存之道,那么,面临严峻的新挑战,探索生存之道和转型之路,需要做什么准备,用什么来保障转型成功,更是百货企业担忧的问题,为解决商业模式的问题,很多百货零售开始引入各种培训,希望通过培训找到解决企业困境的方法,寻求适合自己的商业之路,但是由于国外培训行业对百货零售的研究较少,很多培训引进来的时候,企业很热闹,员工很激动,而培训结束后,企业仍然茫然,员工依然没有进步。本文通过分析MZD百货公司公司在转型过程中遇到的人力资源瓶颈,分析卖场管理人员培训管理存在的问题,根据问题进行培训管理改进研究。培训管理改进研究包括了培训需求分析、课程设计、计划制定、培训师队伍建设、培训组织与实施五大内容。在研究过程中,运用最新的培训理论知识,通过分析MZD百货公司公司卖场管理人员培训需求,根据培训需求进行KAS三大培训内容分析,研究了卖场管理人员以KAS三大内容训基础培训课程。在设计过程中运用资料分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方式并结合笔者在该公司工作多年的研究进行,使所设计的培训管理与MZD公司的实际需求实现匹配,成为MZD公司可以直接投入实施的培训项目,为企业日后开发其它课程体系提供了理论、工具和方法指导,具有长远的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of supermarkets, warehouse stores, and various new forms of e-commerce business, especially the rise of domestic e-commerce merchants, and the development of real estate department stores with the advantages of venues and properties, the traditional department stores have also suffered a tremendous impact. Reduced passenger flow, declining performance, and transformation will become the way to survive in a department store. So, in the face of severe new challenges, exploring the way to survive and the road to transformation, what preparations need to be made and what to use to ensure the success of the transformation, In order to solve the problem of business model, many department stores began to introduce various kinds of training, hoping to find a solution to the difficulties of enterprises through training, and to find the right way for their own business. However, because the foreign training industry has done less research on the retail sales of the department stores, many of the training sessions were introduced into the business, when the enterprises were very lively and the employees were very excited, and after the training, the enterprises were still at a loss. By analyzing the bottleneck of human resources in MZD department store during the transition, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training and management of store managers. Training management improvement research includes five aspects: training needs analysis, curriculum design, planning, trainers team building, training organization and implementation. Using the latest training theory knowledge, through the analysis of MZD department store store manager training needs, according to the training needs of the three major KAS training content analysis, This paper studies the basic training courses for the managers of the store with three major contents of KAS. In the process of design, the author applies the methods of data analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview and so on, combined with the research of the author who has been working in the company for many years. So that the designed training management can match the actual requirements of MZD company and become a training project that can be put into practice directly by MZD Company, which provides the theory, tools and method guidance for the enterprise to develop other course system in the future. It has long-term guiding significance.
