京津冀地区出口贸易结构优化研究

【摘要】：美国次贷危机全面爆发以后对全球经济发展产生了巨大的冲击,我国经济也或多或少受到了金融危机的影响。后金融危机时期,世界经济面临无数挑战与机遇,京津冀地区应该抓住发展机遇,使地区经济实力得到进一步提升。在一国或地区的经济发展中,出口作为拉动经济发展的三大马车之一,是保证经济平稳快速发展的重要支柱,出口贸易结构的层次和水平决定了一国或者地区对外贸易依存度和面临风险的大小。故优化出口贸易结构是保证地区对外贸易安全的重要组成部分,但是只有全面了解京津冀地区在后金融危机时期的出口贸易结构状况才能找到优化结构的路径,这也是值得进一步研究的课题。本文通过对京津冀地区2010-2015年出口贸易结构数据进行分析,进而得知京津冀地区出口贸易结构现状及存在的问题,从而提出解决问题、优化出口贸易结构的对策建议。具体研究步骤为:首先,本文从出口贸易商品结构、出口贸易方式结构、出口贸易主体结构、出口贸易市场结构四个方面用描述性统计方法分析和说明京津冀地区出口贸易结构现状,并利用出口贸易总额排名前十(2015年)的省市(包括京津冀地区)出口贸易结构进行对比分析,发现京津冀地区出口贸易结构中高新技术产品含量较低、机电产品比重分布不均匀、出口市场过于集中等问题。然后,运用SAS对十个省市(包括京津冀地区)进行熵值法综合评价分析,进而得出京津冀三个省市在出口贸易结构综合评价中的排名。通过研究发现天津市的综合评价值逐年增加,但排名较稳定且居中间位置;北京市综合评价值6年来变化不大,其综合排名先下降后四年保持在第6名的中下水平;河北省综合评价值逐年下降,综合排名也逐年下降且处于较低水平。由现状分析和综合评价分析可看出京津冀地区出口贸易结构存在着许多问题,比如:高新技术产品比重较低;出口市场过于集中;出口市场面临较大的风险;地区出口贸易结构发展不均衡等。针对这些问题本文最后提出了优化出口贸易产品结构,提高贸易竞争力、实施市场多元化战略,构建均衡合理的国际市场格局以减少贸易风险、加大政府扶持力度促进京津冀外贸快速均衡发展,保证京津冀地区出口贸易协同发展等建议。
[Abstract]:The subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has had a tremendous impact on the global economic development, and our economy has been more or less affected by the financial crisis. In the post-financial crisis period, the world economy is facing numerous challenges and opportunities. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should seize the opportunity of development so that the regional economic strength can be further enhanced. In the economic development of a country or region, export, as one of the three major carriages that stimulate economic development, is an important pillar to ensure steady and rapid economic development. The level and level of export trade structure determine the degree of dependence and risk of a country or region's foreign trade. Therefore, optimizing export trade structure is an important part of ensuring the security of regional foreign trade. However, only through a comprehensive understanding of the export trade structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the post-financial crisis period can we find a way to optimize the structure. This is also a subject worthy of further study. Through the analysis of the export trade structure data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2010 to 2015, the present situation and existing problems of the export trade structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are known, so as to solve the problems. Countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the structure of export trade. The specific research steps are as follows: first, this paper starts with the structure of export trade commodity, the structure of export trade mode, the structure of main body of export trade, The present situation of export trade structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is analyzed and explained by descriptive statistical method in four aspects of export trade market structure. By comparing and analyzing the export trade structure of the provinces and cities (including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region) in the top 10 (2015) of total export trade, it is found that the content of high-tech products in the export trade structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is relatively low. The distribution of specific gravity of mechanical and electrical products is uneven and the export market is too centralized. Then, the entropy method is used to evaluate and analyze ten provinces and cities (including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region) with SAS. Through the research, it is found that the comprehensive evaluation value of Tianjin is increasing year by year, but the ranking is relatively stable and occupies the middle position; the comprehensive evaluation value of Beijing has not changed much in the past six years. The comprehensive ranking was first dropped and then kept at the middle and lower level of 6th place for four years, and the comprehensive evaluation value of Hebei Province decreased year by year. From the current situation analysis and comprehensive evaluation analysis, we can see that there are many problems in the export trade structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, such as: the proportion of high-tech products is low; the export market is too concentrated; The export market is facing great risks, the development of regional export trade structure is not balanced, and so on. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the structure of export trade products, improving the trade competitiveness, and implementing the market diversification strategy. Some suggestions such as constructing a balanced and reasonable international market structure to reduce trade risk, increasing government support to promote the rapid and balanced development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei foreign trade and ensuring the coordinated development of export trade in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are suggested.
