【摘要】：目前,中国参与区域经济合作呈现出发达和发展中伙伴趋于平衡、内涵和质量不断提升的特点,但同时也存在主要发达经济体缺位、面临新经贸规则挑战以及碎片化问题仍突出等问题。为了应对新形势带来的挑战,更好服务于"逐步构筑起立足周边、辐射‘一带一路’、面向全球的自由贸易区网络",中国仍需要积极布局,重点推动,尤其要精耕细作"一带一路"。
