【摘要】:随着科学技术对工业和商业发展的推动作用不断加强,工商企业的日常运营和未来发展对科学技术的依赖性也日趋增强。作为支撑企业正常业务的设备,也在经受着越来越严峻的考验。人们越来越意识到,设备的持续、稳定和高效的运转,也关系着企业的持续、稳定和高效的运转。因此,如何管好、用好和维护好这些设备,就是我们对于工商企业设备管理工作的明确要求。在这样的前提和背景下,探索和研究多种识别技术的IT设备智能管理,具有重大而迫切的现实意义。 本论文以物联网技术为核心,重点对NFC近场通讯、二维码、RFID电子标签等技术的特点、发展以及应用情况进行研究,并以设备管理、物联网技术的研究作为论文的理论基础。 本论文通过借鉴国内外诸多学者关于物联网技术在IT设备管理上的研究及应用成果,认为目前传统的仅依靠软件方式的IT设备管理系统,解决了设备查询和统计的问题,但对于工作效率未有明显提升;而单一物联网识别技术的应用,由于其各自的局限性部分程度制约了IT设备管理问题的全面解决;目前情况下,采用多种识别技术组合方式是解决IT设备管理问题的最佳实践。 本论文在对BYC公司的IT设备管理现状进行充分分析的基础上,总结了BYC公司IT设备管理存在的不足,提出了适合BYC公司IT设备管理需求的解决方案,同时确保方案具有一定的普遍性,为将来的推广提供可能。另外,针对本论文针对BYC公司实际情况,拟定了初步的IT设备智能管理系统的设计方案以及实施方案。最后,论文结合当前的信息化及物联网发展的现状,为提高IT设备的管理水平和管理效率,提出切实可行的建议和设想。 本论文经研究认为:目前工商企业在建的IT设备管理系统,有相当一部分仍处于纸质台账和电子台账阶段,“纸”变而少“质”变,缺少对IT设备全生命周期内各关键环节的状态跟踪和行为审计。要解决这个问题首要是通过全要素的标识工作,借助物联网识别技术,实现IT设备的全面感知;其次是通过全流程跟踪工作,借助多种组合的物联网技术和管理手段,捕捉IT设备的状态和人员行为;再次是通过全维度分析工作,借助数据分析手段,为BYC公司的设备管理提供辅助决策;最后是通过全方位展示工作,借助移动技术和信息化的SOA技术,为BYC公司的IT设备管理人员提供传统设备、移动设备等多媒介的结果展现。 本论文认为基于多种识别技术的IT智能设备管理,不仅适用于BYC公司的IT设备管理,同时也适用于我国目前大型国企和政府的IT设备管理,将提高我国整体的IT设备管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the increasing role of science and technology in promoting the development of industry and commerce, the daily operation and future development of industrial and commercial enterprises are increasingly dependent on science and technology. People are becoming more and more aware that the continuous, stable and efficient operation of the equipment is also related to the continuous, stable and efficient operation of the enterprise. Therefore, how to manage, use and maintain these equipment well, Under such a premise and background, it is of great and urgent practical significance to explore and study the intelligent management of IT equipment based on a variety of identification technologies. This paper focuses on the characteristics, development and application of NFC near field communication and QR code tag, and takes the equipment management and Internet of things technology as the theoretical basis of this paper. Based on the research and application of Internet of things technology in IT equipment management, this paper holds that the traditional IT equipment management system, which only relies on software, has solved the problem of equipment query and statistics. However, the working efficiency has not been significantly improved; and the application of the single Internet of things identification technology, due to their respective limitations, partly restricts the overall solution of IT equipment management problems. It is the best practice to solve IT equipment management problem by using multiple identification technology combination. Based on the analysis of the current situation of IT equipment management in BYC Company, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of IT equipment Management in BYC Company, and puts forward a solution suitable for IT equipment Management requirement of BYC Company. At the same time, to ensure that the scheme has a certain universality, which provides the possibility for the future promotion. In addition, aiming at the actual situation of BYC company, the design scheme and implementation scheme of the intelligent management system of IT equipment are proposed in this paper. Finally, the implementation scheme of the intelligent management system of IT equipment is proposed. According to the current situation of information technology and Internet of things, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions and ideas to improve the management level and efficiency of IT equipment. In this paper, it is concluded that some of the IT equipment management systems under construction in industrial and commercial enterprises are still in the stage of paper and electronic bookkeeping, "paper" becomes less and "quality" changes. There is a lack of state tracking and behavior audit in every key link in the whole life cycle of IT equipment. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to realize the overall perception of IT equipment by means of the identification of all elements and the technology of Internet of things identification. The second is to capture the status and human behavior of IT equipment through the whole process tracking work, with the help of a variety of combination of Internet of things technology and management means; again, through the work of full-dimension analysis, with the help of data analysis means, Finally, through the omni-directional display work, with the help of mobile technology and information SOA technology, it provides traditional equipment, mobile devices and other multi-media results to the IT equipment managers of BYC Company. This paper holds that IT intelligent equipment management based on multiple identification technologies is not only suitable for IT equipment management of BYC Company, but also suitable for IT equipment management of large state-owned enterprises and government in China. It will improve our overall IT equipment management level.
