【摘要】：流通业作为国民经济的先导性行业是经济社会发展的重要动力,推进流通现代化是实现经济现代化的内在要求。但是,过程中产生的过大的区域差异对经济持续发展构成严峻挑战。因此,对我国流通产业现代化发展区域差异问题的研究不仅可以丰富流通领域相关的理论,而且对缩小我国区域经济差距、促进国民经济持续发展都具有极其重要的现实意义。本文的贡献体现在:首先,通过建立流通产业发展影响因素模型,分析六大因素对流通产业发展的作用机理,从理论上揭示导致中国流通产业发展区域不平衡的原因。其次,构建流通产业现代化发展水平测度的指标体系,精选指标从不同角度对各区域流通现代化水平进行综合评价。用因子分析的方法确定指标权重,计算出2015年我国31个省份的流通现代化发展水平,并从省际与四大区域双重视角进行横向比较。发现我国流通业现代化水平区域差异呈现明显东高西低的不均衡状态,省份之间的差异也较大。再次,本文将衡量收入差异水平的三个指标——对数离差均值、泰尔指数与基尼系数——应用到区域差异的问题研究之中。以双重视角实证分析差异,发现流通产业在省际间的差异显著、东西部地区内部发展差异较大。从四大区域发展水平差异的分解来观察,区域间差异占到主导地位。最后,基于以上理论和实证分析,本文提出了促进中国流通产业区域协调发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Circulation industry, as a leading industry of national economy, is an important driving force for economic and social development, and promoting circulation modernization is an inherent requirement for realizing economic modernization. The excessive regional differences in the process pose a severe challenge to the sustained economic development. Therefore, the study of the regional differences in the modernization of the circulation industry in China can not only enrich the relevant theories in the field of circulation. Moreover, it is of great practical significance to narrow the regional economic gap and promote the sustainable development of the national economy. The contributions of this paper are as follows: first, by establishing the model of influencing factors for the development of circulation industry, This paper analyzes the action mechanism of six major factors on the development of circulation industry, and theoretically reveals the causes of regional imbalance in the development of circulation industry in China. Secondly, it constructs an index system to measure the level of development of circulation industry modernization. In 2015, the development level of circulation modernization in 31 provinces of China was calculated by using factor analysis method to determine the index weight. It is found that the regional differences in the modernization level of circulation industry in China show an obvious imbalance between East, West and West, and the differences between provinces are also large. This paper applies the logarithmic difference mean, the Thiel index and the Gini coefficient to the study of regional differences, and analyzes the differences from two angles of view, and finds that the difference of circulation industry among provinces is significant. The internal development of the eastern and western regions is quite different. From the decomposition of the four regional development level differences, interregional differences play a dominant role. Finally, based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of China's circulation industry.
