民宿业发展新态势与政府行为分析——基于杭州民宿的调查研究

【摘要】：在我国,注重休闲的社会时代特点给民宿业的发展提供了良好的契机。近年来,民宿业的发展在一些地方呈现出新的态势,各种创意的主题民宿满足了社会的多元需求,多样化的经营、投资主体为民宿业的扩张提供了动力。地方政府也有发展民宿业的强烈愿望,但在充分发挥引领作用的同时,其管理困境亟待突破,管理能力有待进一步提升。
[Abstract]:In our country, the characteristics of the social times that focus on leisure provide a good opportunity for the development of the residential industry. In recent years, the development of the residential industry has taken on a new trend in some places, and various creative themes have met the diverse needs of the society. The diversified management and the investment subject provide the motive force for the expansion of the residential industry. The local government also has a strong desire to develop the residential industry, but at the same time, its management dilemma needs to be broken through, and the management ability needs to be further improved while giving full play to the leading role.
