民宿业态的经营现状及发展分析——以杭州西湖区为例

【摘要】：近年来,杭州西湖区民宿的数量如雨后春笋般发展,已经有200多家。而民宿这种休闲经济、旅游娱乐的重要组成部分自兴起开始,就以其独特的入住方式、舒适的住宿环境博得了广大游客的喜爱,所以目前,民宿已成为西湖区不可缺少的住宿选择。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of residential homes in the West Lake District of Hangzhou has sprung up, and there have been more than 200. Since the rise of the leisure economy, an important part of tourism and entertainment, housing has been in its unique way of staying. Comfortable accommodation environment has won the popularity of tourists, so at present, residential accommodation has become an indispensable choice of accommodation in the West Lake region.
