哈尔滨禧龙连锁酒店发展策略研究

【摘要】:伴随“十二五”规划的收官和“十三五”规划的开始,旅游业仍然是我国经济发展的热点话题。旅游业的快速发展使我国酒店业迅速扩张,其中经济型连锁酒店成为市场的新热点。1996年,经济型连锁酒店这一概念首次在国内被提出,六年后如家连锁酒店正式成立,2005年哈尔滨禧龙连锁酒店在黑龙江省哈尔滨市成立,发展势头已经超过大部分同类型酒店,在2017年1月全国经济型酒店品牌排行榜中排名第40位,无论是发展速度还是竞争能力都居于整个行业的前列。本文以哈尔滨禧龙连锁酒店作为研究对象,在结合理论研究方法与实践研究方法的基础上,运用文献综述法和实践调研法等研究方法,实地调研考察获得数据和信息,以确保本研究的真实性和科学性。本文首先通过文献综述法,收集梳理关于经济型连锁酒店的文献及相关资料,并简要概括了国内外经济型连锁酒店的发展概况。在此基础之上,对经济型连锁酒店的宏观环境进行了分析,其中包括经济环境、政治法律环境、技术环境及社会文化环境,阐述了经济型连锁酒店的市场环境,并以如家酒店和7天连锁酒店为例,简要对比分析了哈尔滨禧龙连锁酒店与哈尔滨如家酒店集团、哈尔滨7天连锁酒店集团的市场竞争力。运用SWOT分析法,对经济型连锁酒店的整体竞争环境进行优势分析、劣势分析、机会分析和挑战分析,并整理对策结论。根据当前哈尔滨禧龙连锁酒店的经营现状及在发展过程中所面临的问题进行深入探讨,在分析问题成因的基础上,提出了哈尔滨禧龙连锁酒店的发展策略,包括规划创新发展、改革调整管理制度体系、更新完善酒店人力资源管理模式、全面加强酒店营销。
[Abstract]:With the closing of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the beginning of the 13th Five-Year Plan, tourism is still a hot topic in China's economic development. With the rapid development of tourism, China's hotel industry is expanding rapidly. In 1996, the concept of economic chain hotel was first put forward in China. Six years later, the hotel chain was formally established. In 2005, the Harbin Xilong hotel chain was established in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. The momentum of development has surpassed that of most hotels of the same type. In January 2017, it ranked 40th in the national ranking of economic hotel brands. Both the development speed and the competitive ability are in the forefront of the whole industry. This paper takes the Harbin Xilong hotel chain as the research object, on the basis of combining the theoretical research method with the practical research method, In order to ensure the authenticity and scientificity of this study, this paper uses the methods of literature review and practical investigation to obtain the data and information from the field investigation. Collecting and combing the literature and related information about economic chain hotel, and briefly summarizing the development situation of economic hotel chain at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the macro environment of economy type hotel chain is analyzed. Including the economic environment, the political and legal environment, the technical environment and the social and cultural environment, this paper expounds the market environment of the economic hotel chain, and takes 24Home Hotel 24 and the 7-day hotel chain as an example. The market competitiveness of Harbin Xilong hotel chain, Harbin 24Home Hotel 24 group and Harbin 7-day chain hotel group is compared and analyzed. The advantages of the overall competitive environment of economic chain hotel are analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. Disadvantages analysis, opportunity analysis and challenge analysis, and collate the countermeasure conclusion. According to the current situation of Harbin Xilong chain hotel management and the problems in the process of development, on the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems, This paper puts forward the development strategy of Harbin Xilong hotel chain, including planning innovation and development, reforming and adjusting management system, renewing and perfecting hotel human resource management model, and strengthening hotel marketing in an all-round way.
