互联网平台经济下的茶品开发设计机理研究

【摘要】:随着互联网技术的飞速发展,人们的生活方式发生了翻天覆地的变化,互联网已渗透各种领域各行各业,影响着人们生活的方方面面。移动互联技术革命不仅带来了生活方式的变化,更是带来了商业模式的变革。自工业革命以来,工业思维一直是社会的主导思维,中心化、集中化、标准化、控制化等工业产品生产领域的概念根深蒂固,成为了社会管理的方法,成为了控制企业产品生产开发的规则。互联网平台经济,是一次商业的进化和思维的革命,引发了产品开发设计机理的变化。 产品开发作为企业的核心竞争力之一,是推动企业不断向前发展、保持企业生命力的源动力。在行业界限愈发模糊的今天,企业的竞争从单一的生产竞争、供给竞争过渡到了商业生态系统竞争。在互联网平台经济的背景下,过去工业时代的产品开发方式与管理方法开始显示出其不足之处。互联网平台经济,对每一个人,每一个企业而言是一次挑战同时也代表了机遇,为了在商业生态系统的竞争中站稳脚跟,抓住机遇迎接挑战,为企业赢得更大的利益,产品开发方式与管理方法的变革显得尤为重要。 基于这样的背景下,本文将互联网平台经济对产品开发带来的变化作为切入点,进行产品开发设计机理的研究,以茶品开发为示范,搭建产品开发设计平台的交互渠道、交互规则以及交互生态的建议,对经济转型下的产品开发设计机理进行理论探讨,对互联网平台经济下的产品开发设计提供框架性建议。本文共分为以下几个方面: 一是绪论部分,主要介绍了论文研究的背景、主要内容、研究方法、框架以及研究的意义。 二是论文的理论基础部分,通过文献研究了产品开发设计相关理论以及互联网平台经济的基本理论,为下文提供理论依据。 三是解析产品开发设计组织架构、角色功能的变化,解析产品开发设计流程秩序、过程管理的变化,解析产品开发设计评价坐标、迭代开发的变化。 四是论文的主体部分,通过实例分析与方法探索,比较分析互联网平台经济下新的产品开发设计当中的问题、困难以及机会,描述互联网平台经济下产品开发的现实基础,构建产品开发的体制架构、机制结构、如何开发以及管理的框架性建议。 五是通过茶品开发实例做出示范,验证上诉产品开发设计建议,使论文研究具体化具象化。 最后是论文的结语与展望,基于上诉理论研究,对互联网平台经济下的产品开发设计机理进行展望与分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, people's way of life has changed dramatically. The Internet has penetrated into various fields and industries. The revolution of mobile internet technology has not only brought about the change of life style, but also brought about the change of business model. Since the industrial revolution, industrial thinking has been the leading thinking of the society. The concept of centralization, standardization and control in the field of industrial product production is deeply rooted, and has become the method of social management and the rule of controlling the production and development of enterprise products. It is the evolution of business and the revolution of thinking, which leads to the change of the mechanism of product development and design. As one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, product development is the driving force to promote the continuous development of enterprises and maintain the vitality of enterprises. In today's increasingly blurred industry boundaries, the competition of enterprises from a single production competition, Under the background of Internet platform economy, the way of product development and management in the past industrial era began to show its shortcomings. Internet platform economy, for everyone, Each enterprise is a challenge at the same time also represents an opportunity, in order to stand firm in the business ecosystem competition, seize the opportunity to meet the challenge, for the enterprise to win greater benefits, The reform of product development and management methods is particularly important. Based on this background, this paper takes the change brought by Internet platform economy to product development as the breakthrough point, studies the mechanism of product development and design, builds the interactive channel of product development and design platform with tea product development as demonstration. Interaction rules and interactive ecological suggestions, this paper discusses the mechanism of product development and design under the economic transition, and provides the framework suggestions for product development and design under the economy of Internet platform. This paper is divided into the following aspects:. The first is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, main contents, research methods, framework and significance of the research. The second part is the theoretical basis of the paper, through the literature study of product development and design theory and the basic theory of Internet platform economy, provide the theoretical basis for the following. The third is to analyze the organizational structure of product development design, the change of role function, the order of product development design process, the change of process management, the analysis of product development design evaluation coordinate and the change of iterative development. Fourth, the main part of the paper, through the case analysis and the method exploration, compares and analyzes the question, the difficulty and the opportunity in the new product development design under the Internet platform economy, describes the realistic foundation of the product development under the Internet platform economy. Build the institutional framework of product development, mechanism structure, how to develop and manage the framework of advice. Fifth, demonstration is made through the tea product development example to verify the appellate product development and design suggestion, so as to concretize the thesis research. The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the thesis. Based on the research of appellate theory, this paper looks forward and analyzes the mechanism of product development and design under the economy of Internet platform.
