太原X酒店差异化战略研究

【摘要】:当前我国社会主义市场经济不断发展,商务贸易活动增多,同时人们可支配收入增加,旅游市场扩增,因此外部环境对于酒店行业发展是非常有利的。不过我国许多酒店的战略管理都不够完善,因而发展受阻。本文中作者以太原X酒店作为研究对象,对其战略管理问题进行了全面探讨。从太原X酒店所面临的外部环境入手,分析其优劣势,采用SWOT矩阵分析法,说明太原X酒店应当如何调整其战略管理策略才能实现更好发展。太原X酒店应当采取差异化的发展战略,即在酒店服务、营销渠道和产品上,体现与其他酒店的不同之处,这样才有可能在竞争激烈的市场中争取到更多客户。此外,太原X酒店还需要进一步完善酒店业务流程,构建更具有调整空间的组织管理结构,建立信息丰富的客户数据库,培育更贴合市场要求的先进企业文化,必须保证这些保障措施的切实执行,才有可能实现公司战略目标。尽管我国酒店服务行业有较为理想的发展前景,但是目前我国酒店服务行业市场竞争也较为激烈,太原X酒店必须应用差异化的竞争战略,压低服务成本,充分体现服务优势,才能获得竞争胜利。本文的研究可为太原X酒店拓展业务市场提供指导,同时对我国酒店行业中其他与太原X酒店性质类似的低星级酒店明确市场定位,制定战略规划具有参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist market economy, the increase of business and trade activities, the increase of people's disposable income and the expansion of tourism market, the external environment is very favorable to the development of hotel industry.However, the strategic management of many hotels in China is not perfect, so the development is hindered.In this paper, the author takes Taiyuan X Hotel as the research object, and makes a comprehensive discussion on its strategic management.Starting from the external environment of Taiyuan X Hotel, this paper analyzes its merits and demerits, and uses SWOT matrix analysis method to explain how Taiyuan X Hotel should adjust its strategic management strategy to achieve better development.Taiyuan X Hotel should adopt a differentiated development strategy, that is, in the hotel service, marketing channels and products, reflect the differences with other hotels, so as to win more customers in the competitive market.In addition, Taiyuan X Hotel also needs to further improve the hotel business process, build a more readjusted space of organization and management structure, establish an informative customer database, cultivate a more suitable market requirements of the advanced corporate culture,It is necessary to ensure the implementation of these safeguards in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company.Although the hotel service industry of our country has the ideal development prospect, the market competition of the hotel service industry in our country is also fierce at present, Taiyuan X hotel must apply the differentiated competition strategy, reduce the service cost, fully embody the service superiority.In order to win the competition.The research in this paper can provide guidance for Taiyuan X hotel to expand its business market, at the same time, it can be used as a reference for other low-star hotels similar to Taiyuan X hotel in our country to define the market position and formulate the strategic plan.
