废旧电子产品逆向物流网络规划研究

【摘要】:废旧电子产品数量的日益增加,如何对电子废弃物进行妥善有效的处理已成为世界各国普遍关注的热点问题,回收废旧电子产品不仅是出于减少污染、保护环境的目的,而且能够帮助企业降低原材料投入、提高资源利用率、树立良好的企业形象。逆向物流是将废旧产品从消费点回收到原产地的过程,通过回收检测、维修与再销售、物料循环利用、无害化处理等流程,使这些物资得到正确处置并重新获得价值。目前,我国政府已经开始重视废旧电子产品的逆向物流工作,从经济、政策等各方面规范逆向物流的运营,但整体的逆向物流体系仍不完善。基于上述背景,本文以第三方回收企业作为回收主体,探索逆向物流系统的构建过程。在对逆向物流的国内外研究情况、逆向物流的基本含义、我国逆向物流面对的现状及存在的问题进行分析的基础上,以逆向物流的运营成本最小化、收益最大化、最利于保护环境、尽量使得顾客满意等为目标,构建了废旧电子产品逆向物流网络模型,分别从废旧手机回收、检测再处理、废弃处理三个大环节对逆向物流网络进行规划,确定了回收市场、回收仓储点、检测再处理点、无害化处理点四级回收主体,研究各主体之间发生的回收成本、运输成本、运营成本等,并建立了物流平衡约束、各主体的容量约束以及变量的取值范围约束,由此得出电子行业逆向物流的整数非线性规划模型。最后以河南省废旧手机回收为例,将收集到的各项数据带入逆向物流网络模型并求解,得出了河南省逆向物流网络规划中各物流设施的选址。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of waste electronic products, how to deal with electronic waste properly and effectively has become a hot issue in the world. The purpose of recycling waste electronic products is not only to reduce pollution, but also to protect the environment.And can help enterprises reduce raw material investment, improve resource utilization, set up a good corporate image.Reverse logistics is the process of recycling waste products from the consumption point to the origin. Through the process of recycling inspection, maintenance and re-sale, material recycling, harmless treatment and so on, these materials can be correctly disposed and re-valued.At present, our government has begun to attach importance to the reverse logistics of waste electronic products, standardizing the operation of reverse logistics from the aspects of economy and policy, but the whole reverse logistics system is still not perfect.Based on the above background, this paper explores the construction process of reverse logistics system with the third party recycling enterprise as the main recycling body.On the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign research situation of reverse logistics, the basic meaning of reverse logistics, the present situation and existing problems of reverse logistics in China, the operating cost of reverse logistics is minimized and the profit is maximized.The reverse logistics network model of waste electronic products is constructed for the purpose of protecting the environment and making customers satisfied as far as possible. The reverse logistics network is planned from three aspects: recycling of used mobile phones, detection and reprocessing, and disposal of waste.The recovery market, storage point, detection reprocessing point and harmless treatment point are determined. The recovery cost, transportation cost and operation cost among the main bodies are studied, and the logistics equilibrium constraints are established.Based on the constraints of capacity and the range of variables, the integer nonlinear programming model of reverse logistics in electronic industry is obtained.Finally, taking the recycling of used mobile phones in Henan Province as an example, the collected data are brought into the reverse logistics network model and solved, and the location of logistics facilities in the planning of Henan reverse logistics network is obtained.
