ZG银行A分行互联网金融模式研究

【摘要】:互联网技术的发展,对传统商业银行提出了全新的挑战。这种新的挑战,不仅仅是表面的新业务形态、新表现方式所能涵盖,更体现为内部精神气质的变更。这种精神气质的变更,与互联网所带来的新的权力关系联系在一起。在互联网技术所带来的新权力模式下,金融组织遭遇到一系列深层次应对。目标客户群的变更、信任模式的转变、金融内涵的变动等的变化是这些变化的具体体现。互联网金融带来了以大数据为核心的新征信体系的确立,以及联系线上-线下的征信模式的发展。新的征信模式使得互联网的分权精神与金融的风险控制得以统一,新的互联网金融根基落实,这些变化使得传统金融组织遭到了互联网金融的冲击。传统金融是以大客户作为主要目标的,对分散的小客户重视不足。在互联网经济大环境的影响下,传统金融业遭到了诸多挑战。ZG银行A分行在互联网金融的冲击下,中介角色弱化,客户需求发生变更,既有利益遭到分流。这要求A分行正面应对,首先是调整自身的角色定位,其次是更好地面向客户需求,第三是多元化自身的业务渠道。从具体过程来看,要应对互联网金融的挑战,A分行可以考虑如下措施,首先是调整战略定位,其二是发起战略联盟,其三是优化客户体验,其四是线上线下结合,第五是构筑电商及支付平台。研究认为,要实现ZG银行A分行的根本转型,应对互联网金融的挑战,必须从吸取互联网所带来的人类权力状况变动与信任关系变化等根本性变化出发,不仅在具体措施等浅层次实现调整,更要实现组织战略变更等更深层次的调整,从而推动以银行为代表的传统金融业真正实现转型,为客户提供更好的服务。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, the traditional commercial banks are facing a new challenge.This new challenge, not only the surface of the new business form, the new performance can be covered, but also reflected in the internal spirit of the change.This change in ethos is linked to the new power relationship brought about by the Internet.Under the new power mode brought by Internet technology, financial organizations encounter a series of deep-level responses.The change of target customer group, trust mode and financial connotation is the concrete embodiment of these changes.Internet finance has brought about the establishment of a new credit system with big data as the core, and the development of the credit information mode between the above and the line.The new credit information mode unifies the decentralization spirit of the Internet and the financial risk control, and the new Internet financial foundation is implemented. These changes make the traditional financial organizations suffer the impact of the Internet finance.The traditional finance takes the big customer as the main target, but pays less attention to the scattered small customer.Under the influence of the Internet economy, the traditional financial industry has been challenged by many challenges. Under the impact of Internet finance, the intermediary role is weakened, the customer needs are changed, and the existing benefits are diverted.This requires A branch to respond positively, first to adjust its role orientation, secondly to better meet the needs of customers, and third, to diversify its own business channels.In terms of the specific process, to meet the challenge of Internet finance, Branch A can consider the following measures: first, adjusting strategic positioning; second, launching strategic alliances; third, optimizing customer experience; fourth, integrating online and offline.The fifth is to build e-commerce and payment platform.The research holds that in order to realize the fundamental transformation of ZG Bank A Branch, and to deal with the challenge of Internet finance, we must start from the fundamental changes such as the changes in human power status and trust relationship brought by the Internet.It is necessary not only to realize the adjustment at the superficial level, such as concrete measures, but also to realize the deeper adjustment such as the change of organizational strategy, so as to promote the transformation of the traditional financial industry represented by banks and to provide better service for customers.
