传统出租车与经济型网约车成本效益与满意度分析研究

【摘要】:随着互联网技术的快速发展,网约车成为人们日常出行的“宠儿”,它不仅为人们出行提供了全新的选择方式,而且提供了多样化服务,打破了原来传统出租车的垄断局面,为打车市场提供了新的源泉。但是,网约车迅速发展的本质是由于不正当竞争还是因为其确实优于传统出租车?它与传统出租车提供了两种完全不同的经营模式,二者运营过程中所产生的成本以及所创造的效益是否有较大不同?网约车的迅速发展与乘客体验的满意度紧密联系,两者是否有显著差异?本文以传统出租车和经济型网约车作为研究对象,对两者的成本效益和乘客满意度等一系列问题开展了讨论和研究。本文首先对目前繁杂的网约车市场进行分类,按层次分为经济型网约车、舒适型专车、商务型专车、豪华型专车。对其中最具竞争力的经济型网约车与传统出租车的运营模式进行研究,在此基础上构建了两者的成本效益量化模型。其次通过乘客体验理论来设计传统出租车与经济型网约车的满意度问卷,并设计调查过程,来探讨传统出租车与经济型网约车所提供服务的差异性。最后以西安市为例,对传统出租车与经济型网约车的成本效益进行了实证对比研究,发现虽然两者的经营模式、使用年限、成本和效益侧重点都不相同,但是两者在使用年限内产生的总成本和总效益非常接近,传统出租车的净效益略高于经济型网约车。传统出租车的优势在于车辆的利用率高,使用年限短,效益的货币价值折损少,但是其运营模式效率低,因为传统出租车的成本高于经济型网约车而直接经济效益低于它,这也是经济型网约车迅速发展的一个原因;但是传统出租车对节约出行者时间效益和替代小汽车购置效益高于经济型网约车,这主要是由于经济型网约车车辆利用率不高,使用年限长,效益的货币价值折损大;从乘客满意度来看,乘客对于经济型网约车的整体满意度显著高于传统出租车。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, ride-sharing has become the "favorite" of people's daily travel. It not only provides a new choice for people to travel, but also provides a variety of services, breaking the monopoly of the original traditional taxi situation.Provides a new source for the ride-hailing market.But is the nature of the rapid growth of ride-sharing due to unfair competition or is it really superior to traditional taxis?It and the traditional taxi provides two completely different business models, the two operating process of the cost and create a greater difference in the benefits?The rapid development of ride-sharing is closely related to the satisfaction of the passenger experience. Is there a significant difference between the two?In this paper, a series of problems such as the cost benefit and passenger satisfaction of traditional taxi and economical network ride-sharing are discussed and studied.At first, the paper classifies the complicated market into economic, comfortable, commercial and luxury cars.On the basis of the research on the most competitive operation mode of the economical network and the traditional taxi, the cost benefit quantitative model of the two models is constructed.Secondly, through the passenger experience theory to design the satisfaction questionnaire between the traditional taxi and the economical network, and design the survey process, to explore the difference between the traditional taxi and the economical network.Finally, taking Xi'an as an example, the paper makes an empirical comparative study on the cost and benefit of traditional taxi and economical network, and finds out that although the two modes of operation, service life, cost and benefit are not the same,However, the total cost and total benefit are very close to each other in the service life, and the net benefit of the traditional taxi is slightly higher than that of the economical network.The advantages of the traditional taxi are the high utilization rate of the vehicle, the short service life and the low loss of the monetary value of the benefit, but the efficiency of the operation mode is low, because the cost of the traditional taxi is higher than that of the economical network, but the direct economic benefit is lower than that of the traditional taxi.This is also one of the reasons for the rapid development of economic-type network ride-sharing; however, traditional taxis have higher efficiency in saving time for travelers and buying alternative cars than in economic-network-based ride-sharing, which is mainly due to the low utilization rate of economic-network-ride-sharing vehicles.From the point of view of passenger satisfaction, the overall satisfaction of the passengers for the economical net ride is significantly higher than that of the traditional taxi.
