合肥市现代服务业发展现状及其提升对策研究

【摘要】：随着科技的迅猛发展,全球贸易化进程的加快,世界三产结构发生了翻天覆地的变化。1970年以来,服务业更是以前所未有的规模和速度迅速发展。21世纪初,服务业在本质上也发生了巨大的变化,依托于信息技术和现代管理理念而发展起来的、知识和技术相对密集的服务业渐渐与传统服务业相分割。现代服务业由于迅速发展成长,其发展水平正成为衡量一个国家和地区综合竞争力和现代化程度的重要标志。2013年合肥市经济生产总值达到4672.9亿元,第三产业(服务业)增加值1842亿元,增长速度为10.6%,其增速分别高于全国、全省2.3和1.1个百分点.但是问题矛盾也有很多,结构不合理,总量与其他附近省会城市相比差距甚大,新兴服务业规模甚小。因此在合肥市“十三五”将要布局之时,运用科学的方法来评估现代服务业,对服务业的相关问题进行分析,并对现代服务业的发展提出合理建议,为合肥市政府科学合理地制定“十三五”期间现代服务业发展政策添砖加瓦。本文首先从现代服务业的含义、现代服务业的特征以及现代服务业的分类构成出发,回顾了历年各位学者研究所涉及的文献综述。其次,介绍了合肥市现代服务业发展现状,运用灰色系统模型评估合肥市现代服务业主要影响因素的优劣地位。在分析的基础上总结出合肥市现代服务业发展中的不足,最后提出了合肥市现代服务业发展对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of the process of global trade, the structure of the world's three industries has undergone earth-shaking changes. Since 1970, the service industry has developed rapidly on an unprecedented scale and at the beginning of the 21st century.In essence, the service industry has also undergone tremendous changes. Relying on information technology and modern management concepts, the service industry, which is relatively intensive in knowledge and technology, is gradually separated from the traditional service industry.With the rapid development and growth of the modern service industry, its development level is becoming an important symbol to measure the comprehensive competitiveness and the degree of modernization of a country and region. In 2013, the gross economic value of Hefei reached 467.29 billion yuan.The added value of the tertiary industry (service industry) was 184.2 billion yuan, with a growth rate of 10.6%, which was higher than that of the whole country, 2.3% and 1.1% respectively.But there are a lot of problems, unreasonable structure, the total compared with other provincial capitals, the scale of emerging services is very small.Therefore, when Hefei is about to be laid out in the 13th Five-Year Plan, it uses scientific methods to evaluate the modern service industry, analyzes the related problems of the service industry, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the development of the modern service industry.It is important for Hefei municipal government to make the policy of modern service industry development scientifically and reasonably during the 13th Five-Year Plan.Starting from the meaning of modern service industry, the characteristics of modern service industry and the composition of the classification of modern service industry, this paper reviews the literature review that has been studied by scholars over the years.Secondly, this paper introduces the present situation of the modern service industry in Hefei, and uses the grey system model to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the main influencing factors of the modern service industry in Hefei.On the basis of analysis, this paper summarizes the deficiency in the development of modern service industry in Hefei, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern service industry in Hefei.
