MD公司出口服装质量管理问题研究

【摘要】:中国服装产业处于全球服装产业链低端,受制于国际品牌商和渠道商,主要依靠低劳动力成本和牺牲环境为代价进行竞争。随着全球经济放缓、国际竞争加剧、国内劳动力等要素成本上升、人民币升值等因素的持续影响,中国服装出口原有竞争优势正在逐渐减弱。大量订单正在向东南亚和孟加拉等国转移,使中国服装出口企业面临着严重的生存危机。在改变现有竞争模式,向全球产业链上游演进的过程中,严把出口服装质量关,以品质为本,始终是中国服装业进军国际市场的重中之重。本文采用理论分析和实证检验相结合的方法,在全面质量管理理论和方法进行阐述的基础上,结合服装产业质量管理的特殊性和MD公司产品质量问题现状,将全面质量管理的方法实际应用于MD公司,提高MD公司的国际竞争力。首先分析MD公司出口服装质量管理问题,通过分析MD产品生产各工序在生产过程中出现的次品种类,绘制质量属性亲和图,发现该企业在横机、套口、整烫和其他各环节都存在质量问题,结合2013年3月到5月所做订单的次品进行帕累托图分析,找出了造成次品最多的两个工序是横机和套口。然后分析导致质量问题的原因:管理层对质量管理的认识不高、缺乏对原料供应商的考核、缺乏对横机套口工的培训和考核、缺乏对质量检验过程的控制。随后根据全面质量管理的方法,针对这四个原因,通过PDCA循环法的质量体系,提出MD公司出口服装质量管理方案和措施。最后在公司内部对质量管理方案进行实施,并对实施效果进行分析。实施结果表明:公司废品率和索赔率均有所下降,产品成本得到有效控制,订单量有一定增长,公司效率提高,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:China's garment industry is at the low end of the global garment industry chain and is subject to international brands and channels. It mainly relies on low labor costs and the sacrifice of the environment for the cost of competition.As the global economy slows down, the international competition intensifies, the cost of domestic labor and other factors rise, the RMB appreciation and other factors continue to affect, the original competitive advantage of China's garment export is gradually weakening.A large number of orders are being transferred to Southeast Asia and Bangladesh, which makes Chinese garment export enterprises face a serious survival crisis.In the process of changing the existing competition mode and evolving to the upstream of the global industrial chain, it is always the most important for the Chinese clothing industry to enter the international market to strictly control the export garment quality and take the quality as the basis.Based on the theory and method of total quality management and the particularity of quality management in garment industry and the current situation of product quality problems in MD Company, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical test.The TQM method is applied to MD Company to improve the international competitiveness of MD Company.First of all, the problem of export garment quality management of MD Company is analyzed. By analyzing the types of defective products in the production process of MD products and drawing the affinity diagram of quality attributes, it is found that the enterprise is in the flat machine and sleeve.There are quality problems in blanching and other links. Based on Pareto chart analysis of the defective products made from March to May 2013, it is found that the two processes that cause the most defective products are the horizontal machine and the sleeve.Then it analyzes the causes of the quality problems: the management has a low understanding of quality management, a lack of assessment of raw material suppliers, a lack of training and assessment of the veneer, and a lack of control over the quality inspection process.Then according to the method of total quality management, according to the four reasons, through the quality system of PDCA cycle method, put forward the export clothing quality management plan and measures of MD company.Finally, the implementation of the quality management program in the company, and the implementation results are analyzed.The results show that the waste rate and claim rate of the company have been decreased, the cost of the product has been effectively controlled, the quantity of order has been increased, the efficiency of the company has been improved, and the good effect has been obtained.
