要素结构对我国服务贸易出口结构影响的实证研究

【摘要】：自20世纪80年代以来,随着经济全球化进程和产业结构升级步伐的进一步加快,中国服务业也得到了持续较快发展。然而现阶段中国服务业发展在要素投入方面存在比较突出的结构性问题,仍过分依赖廉价的劳动力资源这一比较优势,决定着服务贸易出口结构仍以低附加值的劳动密集型服务项目为主,而在高附加值的人力资本、技术密集型服务项目上发展较为缓慢,服务贸易出口结构的转型升级势在必行。鉴于此,本文基于中国服务出口结构和要素禀赋结构现状,及其与服务业发达的美国和日本的对比分析,从理论方面论证和阐释了要素结构动态变动对服务贸易出口结构的影响机制,并以中国2008-2012年的省际面板数据为考察对象,运用系统GMM两步法,对整体样本及分类群组要素结构变动对服务贸易出口结构的影响进行实证分析。研究结果发现,与美国和日本相比,中国高端要素在要素结构中占比较低,服务贸易出口仍以劳动、资源密集型的传统服务为主。要素结构的高级化有利于优化我国服务贸易出口结构,但不同的要素对于不同类别区域服务出口结构的优化效应存在显著的差异。其中,人力资本、服务业开放程度相对于服务业劳动力的要素结构,能够显著促进经济发展水平较好省市的服务贸易出口结构的优化;而对于经济发展水平较低、但部分旅游业发达的省市,现阶段其服务贸易出口结构的转型升级还主要是依赖基础设施、技术和服务业开放。最后,在总结全文研究成果的基础上,本文提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, with the process of economic globalization and the further acceleration of industrial structure upgrading, China's service industry has also been sustained and rapid development. However, at the present stage, there are outstanding structural problems in the development of China's service industry in terms of factor input, and they still rely too much on the comparative advantage of cheap labor resources. The export structure of service trade is still dominated by labor-intensive service items with low added value, while the development of high value-added human capital and technology-intensive service projects is relatively slow, so it is imperative to transform and upgrade the export structure of service trade. In view of this, this paper is based on the current situation of China's service export structure and factor endowment structure, and its comparative analysis with the United States and Japan, where the service industry is developed. This paper demonstrates and explains the influence mechanism of the dynamic change of the factor structure on the export structure of service trade from the theoretical aspect. Taking the interprovincial panel data of China from 2008 to 2012 as the object of investigation, the system GMM two-step method is used. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence of the structural changes of the whole sample and the classification group on the export structure of service trade. The results show that, compared with the United States and Japan, China's high-end elements occupy a relatively low proportion in the structure of the elements, and the export of service trade is still labor-intensive and resource-intensive traditional services. The advanced structure of factors is conducive to optimizing the export structure of China's service trade, but the effects of different factors on the optimization of service export structure of different types of regions are significantly different. Among them, the opening degree of human capital and service industry can significantly promote the optimization of export structure of service trade between provinces and cities with better economic development compared with the structure of service labor force, while the level of economic development is relatively low. However, in some provinces and cities with developed tourism, the transformation and upgrading of export structure of service trade mainly depends on the opening of infrastructure, technology and service industry. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the research results, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
