【摘要】:随着近几年来经济的迅猛发展,社会分工和行业整合的趋势越来越明显,非核心业务的外包需求也随之加剧,集便捷、高效、规模经济等优势于一体的供应链服务在日趋激烈的市场竞争中起到关键的作用。供应链服务公司作为企业管理中解决问题的服务商,在消费品、IT、化工等多个行业中应用效果明显,形成了配套服务的载体。怡亚通供应链股份有限公司作为专业的供应链服务平台,经过多年的产品市场和资本市场的运作,为客户解决了非核心业务环节的成本、效率问题,产生了令人瞩目的社会效益。随着公司客户的增加、涉足行业的广泛,其经营上有着不错的发展机遇,但同时也存在着各种错综复杂的问题。战略管理理论、供应链管理理论和经营策略方面的内容经过多年的理论研究和实践发展已成为企业经营过程中的重要环节,通过理论与实践的相结合,理清企业发展的基本思路和方向,为日后的经营运作规划正确的实现途径。本文以怡亚通供应链股份有限公司为研究对象,介绍了公司的发展历程和现状,通过对信息、数据的收集和整理,发现了怡亚通公司在经营中存在的问题,随后从客观角度找出了问题产生的原因。同时对公司内外部环境进行分析,具体包括宏观环境中的法律政策因素、经济环境、技术发展和社会文化水平;产业环境中波特五力模型的应用分析;公司内部资源与能力的阐述。最后结合SWOT模型明确了公司外部面临的机会和威胁,内部具有的优势和劣势,清楚了经营策略的规划目标并以此为基础提出了公司未来的经营策略,即继续做大做强优势线下业务,结合互联网所带来的机遇发展公司整体业务,以基础线下业务支撑线上业务,同时利用线上的便利条件促进公司全面发展。为了使该经营策略可以得到有效的实施,从人员、资金、信息系统和制度上进行多方面的论证,以确保经营策略可以稳步的实施。本文通过对怡亚通公司基本层面的分析、经营策略选择和实施过程的研究,使得公司作为供应链服务商明确了未来的发展方向。这一经营策略对业务范围广泛的怡亚通公司来说是一种很好的思维梳理,利用外部机遇和自身优势,避开外部威胁和本身不足,找出重点经营的方向和业务,利用有限的资源创造高效的服务,在互联网+的浪潮下开辟适合自身的发展方式。此外,供应链服务商的蓬勃发展也使其社会效应日渐凸显。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in recent years, the trend of social division of labor and industry integration has become more and more obvious, and the outsourcing demand of non-core business has also intensified, which is convenient and efficient. Supply chain service with advantages such as economies of scale plays a key role in the increasingly fierce market competition. The supply chain service company, as a service provider for solving problems in enterprise management, has been widely used in many industries such as consumer goods, ITs and chemical industry, forming the carrier of supporting service. As a professional supply chain service platform, Yitong supply chain Co., Ltd. has solved the cost and efficiency problems of non-core business for customers after many years of operation of product market and capital market. It has produced remarkable social benefits. With the increase of customers and extensive involvement in the industry, there are good development opportunities in its management, but at the same time, there are various complicated problems. The content of strategic management theory, supply chain management theory and management strategy has become an important link in the process of enterprise management after many years of theoretical research and practical development, through the combination of theory and practice, To clarify the basic thinking and direction of enterprise development, to plan the correct way of implementation for the future operation. This paper takes Yitong supply chain Co., Ltd. as the research object, introduces the development course and the present situation of the company, through collecting and arranging the information and data, it finds the problems existing in the management of the Yitong Company. Then from the objective point of view to find out the causes of the problem. At the same time, it analyzes the internal and external environment of the company, including the legal and policy factors in the macro environment, the economic environment, the technological development and the level of social culture, and the application of Porter's five-force model in the industrial environment. Description of internal resources and capabilities of the company. Finally, combined with the SWOT model, the paper clarifies the opportunities and threats, the internal advantages and disadvantages, the planning objectives of the management strategy, and puts forward the future business strategy of the company. That is, to continue to make big and strong advantage offline business, combined with the opportunities brought by the Internet to develop the company's overall business, to support the line of business under the basic line, and to use the on-line convenience to promote the company's overall development. In order to carry out the management strategy effectively, the personnel, capital, information system and system are demonstrated in many aspects to ensure that the management strategy can be carried out steadily. Based on the analysis of the basic level, the choice of business strategy and the process of implementation, this paper makes the company as a supply chain service provider clear the future development direction. This business strategy is a good way of thinking for Aitong, which has a wide range of businesses. It takes advantage of external opportunities and advantages, avoids external threats and shortcomings, and finds out the direction and business of key operations. Using limited resources to create efficient services, in the wave of the Internet to open up suitable for their own development. In addition, the booming development of supply chain service providers also makes its social effect increasingly prominent.
