南京沃普公司拓展训练发展现状研究

【摘要】:运用文献资料法、访谈法、个案分析法、数理统计法、问卷调查法,对南京沃普公司拓展训练发展现状进行研究,包括拓展训练项目、拓展训练教练、拓展训练基地、拓展训练学员、推展训练安全保障以及个案公司拓展训练实施流程和运作模式相关问题进行全面地梳理、分析、总结;运用SWOT理论对个案公司进行分析,并实践参与拓展训练课程,找到个案公司的发展中存在的问题并给出相应的对策。通过系统分析个案公司拓展训练发展状况总结沃普公司拓展训练成功的经验,发现发展过程中存在的不足,以期为其他拓展公司发展提供参考。研究结论和建议如下:主要结论:1、个案公司课程体系较完善,传统项目较多,但是项目更新较少,自主研发的拓展训练项目更少,培训项目创新性不够。2、个案公司中部分拓展教练工作年限偏低,个案公司32位教练中,经过公司培训和专业认证的教练只有4人,占总人数的12.5%,从业人员的专业素养差别较大。个案公司拓展教练管理制度较为系统,薪酬福利体系完善。3、个案公司多方位投资建设拓展训练基地,拓展基地交通便利,环境优美,配套设施齐全。但基地管理维护成本过高等因素导致基地维护不到位的情况时有发生。4、通过参训学员对个案公司的总体满意度较高。对教练表现评价差别较大,和拓展教练专业水平有关;课程内容设计学员评价基本一致,项目安排比较具有针对性、实用性和启发性;学员比较认可个案公司的后勤保障和现场的服务工作。5、个案公司拓展训练发展近5年中,没有出过重大安全事故,但是各种各样的擦伤意外不断。6、个案公司结合自身丰富专业的基地资源、教练资源,与当地酒店合作,为参训学员提供优质的拓展训练课程,采用的是一元和二元相结合的运作模式。7、运用SWOT分析法对个案公司拓展训练进行分析,丰富稳定的客户资源,安全专业的基地优势,地方连锁品牌优势为个案公司拓展训练的发展打下了坚实的基础,同时拓展教练整体专业度不高,拓展基地建设维护成本、教练开支过高,课程自主研发能力薄弱也成为个案公司拓展训练发展的制约因素;新的发展时期,个案公司在基地优势资源转化,拓展旅游业务发掘,亲子课程开发方面具备很多发展机遇,同时也面临着市场同行激烈竞争的外部挑战和拓展训练课程同质化严重的内部挑战。研究建议:1、针对论文得出的结论个案公司要在现有的拓展训练课程基础之上加大对拓展训练项目研发的投入,整合优势项目,设计自主研发的特色拓展训练课程。以满足当前拓展训练的需求量。2、提高拓展训练教练的专业度,重视对拓展教练的资格认证。同时吸引更高学历的专业人员从事拓展训练行业。优化拓展教练晋升机制,建立健全初级教练资源信息库,做好拓展教练梯度培养工作,加强对拓展教练的监督、管理3、做好拓展基地及高空保护装备的维护保养工作,优化对拓展基地的管理、维护,降低公司拓展基地维护成本。4、优化拓展训练实施流程,做好拓展训练不同阶段的工作任务。着力提升整体拓展教练的技能水平,加强对教练的培养考核工作。拓展训练课程的设计严格根据客户单位需求出发进行编排项目。与酒店、车队、基地等第三方提前确认信息,做好后勤保障工作。5加强对教练工作人员的安全意识的教育工作,规范拓展教练的操作流程。为参训人员购买短期人身意外险。6、适应市场发展需求,以客户需求为导向,因人而异,定制人性化的拓展实施方案,酒店,基地,教练根据客户需求都可以灵活处理,积极发展。7、充分利用其优势基地资源和稳定的客户资源,及其地方连锁的品牌优势,积极开拓新型业务为企业创收。同时个案公司需要尽快扭转拓展教练整体专业度不高、课程创新研发能力薄弱的颓势,抓住时代发展的机遇,做好业务转型的思想准备,勇于面对挑战,用专业品牌优势与不公平竞争现象作斗争并尽快摆脱课程同质化的困境。
[Abstract]:Using the method of literature, interview, case analysis, mathematical statistics, and questionnaire, this paper studies the development status of Nanjing's expansion training, including expanding training projects, expanding training coaches, expanding training bases, expanding training students, spreading training security and developing training process and operation model of case company. The related problems are thoroughly combed, analyzed and summarized; using the SWOT theory to analyze the case company, and practice participation in the development of training courses, find out the problems in the development of the case company and give the corresponding countermeasures. The evaluation of the coach's performance is very different and the professional level of the coach is extended; the course content is designed. The staff evaluation is basically consistent, the project arrangement is more pertinent, practical and enlightening; the students approve the logistics support of the case company and the service work in the field.5. The case company's development training has been developed for nearly 5 years, and there has not been a major safety accident, but various kinds of scratch accidents continue to be.6, and the case company combines its own rich and special special. The base resources of the industry, coaching resources, coaching with local hotels, provide high quality development training courses for the trainees, using the operation model.7 combined with one yuan and two yuan, using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the development training of the case company, enriching the stable customer resources, the advantages of the safety professional base, and the advantages of the local chain brand. The development of the case company has laid a solid foundation for the development of the training. At the same time, it expands the overall professional degree of the coach, expands the cost of the construction and maintenance of the base, the cost of the coach is too high, and the ability of the independent research and development of the course has become the restrictive factor for the development of the training of the case company. At the same time, it is also faced with the external challenge of fierce competition in the market and the serious internal challenge of developing training course. 1, the conclusion of the paper is to expand training on the basis of existing training courses. Prepare to face challenges, fight against unfair competition with professional brand advantage and get rid of the dilemma of curriculum homogenization as soon as possible.
