中国与越南水果产业内贸易的实证分析

【摘要】：随着国际贸易理论的发展和完善,产业内贸易已经成为该领域重要的话题,围绕该话题学者们开展了一系列的研究。目前,从我国的研究状况看,产业内贸易在农业领域的应用已经比较普遍。但是多数农业经济学者对农产品种类的划分都显得过于简单,而使用加总的数据可能会夸大产业内贸易水平,无法掌握产业内贸易的本质。基于此,本文选择中国和越南的水果产业作为研究对象,利用HS6位码对水果产业进行细分,系统地研究两国在水果上的产业内贸易情况,并剖析影响两国水果产业内贸易的因素。这对于理解产业内贸易的本质,把握中国与越南水果贸易的情况,为中国的水果贸易提供政策建议有重要的现实意义。本文首先对以往产业内贸易的相关研究尤其是农业产业内贸易的文章进行梳理,整理出从不同角度衡量产业内贸易水平的计算方法。在对中越两国贸易状况和水果贸易状况简单分析的基础上,选取了三类测量产业内贸易水平的指数——GL指数、MIIT指数、GHM指数,全面分析中越两国水果产业内贸易的情况,并就加总数据和细分数据计算结果的差异展开讨论。不同于以往的研究,本文所说的水果是包括鲜冷冻水果、水果汁、水果罐头和其他加工水果在内的广义水果。分析发现,利用汇总数据,得到了中越两国在水果贸易上的产业内贸易水平较高,表现为GL指数反映出两国水果贸易以产业内贸易为主和MIIT指数反映出两国水果贸易额增长以产业内贸易为主。而实质上中越两国真正进行产业内贸易的细分品种并不多,且仍以产业间贸易为主。对于这些细分的品种,计算得到的GL指数并不高,同时MIIT指数反映的结论也与加总数据的计算结果相反。因此汇总数据和细分数据所得到的结论是存在很大差异的,这要求学者们在进行产业内贸易测算的过程中应该注意对概念的界定。文章着重分析了对细分品种指数测算的结果,发现季节性短缺是造成两国水果产业内贸易的重要因素。对于中越两国在水果产业内贸易上出现的特点,本文提出我国应利用中越两国资源互补性加强农业合作,同时应当加快水果种植结构调整,促进水果产业内贸易尤其是水平型产业内贸易的发展。
[Abstract]:With the development and perfection of international trade theory, intra-industry trade has become an important topic in this field. At present, the application of intra-industry trade in the field of agriculture is quite common from the point of view of the research situation in our country. However, the classification of agricultural products by most agricultural economists is too simple, and the use of total data may exaggerate the level of intra-industry trade and fail to grasp the nature of intra-industry trade. Based on this, this paper chooses the fruit industry of China and Vietnam as the research object, uses the HS6 bit code to subdivide the fruit industry, and systematically studies the intra-industry trade situation of the two countries on the fruit. It also analyzes the factors that affect the intra-industry trade between the two countries. It is of great practical significance to understand the essence of intra-industry trade, to grasp the situation of fruit trade between China and Vietnam, and to provide policy advice for China's fruit trade. In this paper, the previous intra-industry trade related research, especially agricultural intra-industry trade, sorting out from different angles to measure the level of intra-industry trade calculation methods. On the basis of a simple analysis of the trade situation of China and Vietnam and the status of fruit trade, three types of indices, GL index and MIIT index and GHM index, are selected to measure the level of intra-industry trade between China and Vietnam, and the situation of intra-industry trade between China and Vietnam is comprehensively analyzed. The difference between the total data and the subdivision data is discussed. Different from previous studies, the fruits in this paper are generalized fruits including fresh frozen fruits, fruit juices, canned fruits and other processed fruits. It is found that the intra-industry trade level between China and Vietnam in fruit trade is relatively high by using the aggregate data. The GL index reflects that the fruit trade between the two countries is mainly intra-industry trade and the MIIT index reflects that the growth of the two countries' fruit trade volume is dominated by intra-industry trade. In fact, there are not many subdivisions of intra-industry trade between China and Vietnam, and they still focus on inter-industry trade. For these subdivision varieties, the GL index obtained by calculation is not high, and the conclusion of MIIT index is opposite to that of the aggregate data. Therefore, the conclusion of aggregate data and subdivision data is very different, which requires scholars to pay attention to the definition of the concept in the process of intra-industry trade measurement. This paper emphatically analyzes the results of calculating the index of subdivision varieties, and finds that seasonal shortage is an important factor in the intra-industry trade between the two countries. With regard to the characteristics of intra-industry trade between China and Vietnam, this paper puts forward that China should make use of the complementarity of resources between China and Vietnam to strengthen agricultural cooperation, and at the same time speed up the adjustment of fruit planting structure. To promote the development of intra-industry trade, especially horizontal intra-industry trade.
