基于无标度网络的服务关联模型构建

【摘要】:21世纪是一个经济与科技快速发展的时代,也是一个服务产业蓬勃发展的时代。服务经济时代的来临标示着现代服务业已经逐渐成为促进我国经济增长的支柱型产业之一。与此同时,网络信息技术的社会化趋势也日益明晰,而现代服务业的生产过程、服务的提供以及服务的消费过程都离不开网络信息技术的深入应用。服务网络化使得传统服务方式得到了变革,形成全新的服务生产运营理念以及管理方式,为客户提供了全新的服务体验。服务网络的构建是对服务进行集成的一种重要途径,是现代服务业与网络信息技术的互相渗透、互相融合以及综合应用的呈现。本文通过贝叶斯网络概率预测方法,以相对服务质量标准为工具,并结合复杂网络中无标度网络的相关理论建立关联服务网络模型,探究集成方案形成过程中各基本服务之间的关联关系,并根据复杂网络的部分统计指标建立服务集成组合的属性函数和评价指标,对服务集成的结果进行一定的评价比较,从而选择出最优服务集成组合。研究有助于企业在经营过程中结合本企业的经营业务选择出恰当类型的服务进行服务整合集成,并确定适当的服务集成数量,以在可控的成本范围内,实现企业服务集成的结果最优化,为企业的服务集成网络构建提供理论指导。具体研究内容如下:(1)对服务集成系统的内涵、特征以及分类进行介绍,在此基础上提出服务集成体系的整体框架模型,对服务体系的主体与运作流程进行概述,继而提出构建服务集成网络平台的重要性与必要性,并对其平台模型的特征和平台具体工作流程进行相关探究与分析。(2)将基本服务作为节点,服务间存在的关联关系作为边,研究服务网络构建的要素、条件,选取构建服务关联网络的适用方法,形成服务关联网络。(3)研究服务网络的构建过程,分析利用构建的服务网络进行服务集成的具体过程,并对服务匹配函数进行设定。同时设定服务网络整体评价指标,比较计算出的各指标值,选择最合适的服务组合方案,实现企业服务网络的优化的配置。(4)对构建的服务网络模型的演化应用适合的软件进行仿真,模型中节点与节点之间的关系用编写的程序来描述,同时对不同时刻服务节点之间的关联关系的变化进行模拟,输出相应指标值且绘制成图,根据绘图分析并比较,探索服务网络中服务资源配置的变化规律和网络的演变规律,从而得出研究结果与实际应用之间的联系。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of rapid development of economy and science and technology, as well as a booming era of service industry. The arrival of service economy times indicates that modern service industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries to promote the economic growth of our country. At the same time, the socialization trend of network information technology is becoming increasingly clear, and the production process, service supply and service consumption process of modern service industry are inseparable from the in-depth application of network information technology. The service network has changed the traditional service mode, formed the brand-new service production operation idea and the management way, provided the brand-new service experience for the customer. The construction of service network is an important way to integrate services. It is the mutual penetration, integration and comprehensive application of modern service industry and network information technology. In this paper, the Bayesian network probabilistic prediction method is used to establish the associated service network model based on the relative quality of service (QoS) standard and the related theory of scale-free network in complex networks. This paper probes into the relationship between the basic services in the forming process of the integration scheme, establishes the attribute function and evaluation index of the service integration composition according to some statistical indexes of the complex network, and compares the results of the service integration to a certain extent. Thus, the optimal service integration composition is selected. The research is helpful for enterprises to select the right type of services and determine the appropriate number of service integration in order to control the cost. The results of enterprise service integration are optimized and the theoretical guidance is provided for the construction of enterprise service integration network. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) introduce the connotation, characteristics and classification of the service integration system, and then put forward the overall framework model of the service integration system, summarize the main body and operation process of the service system. Then, the importance and necessity of constructing service integration network platform are put forward, and the characteristics of the platform model and the platform specific workflow are discussed and analyzed. 2) the basic service is regarded as the node, and the relationship between the services is taken as the edge. This paper studies the elements and conditions of service network construction, selects the applicable method to construct service association network, forms service association network. (3) researches the process of service network construction, and analyzes the concrete process of service integration by using the constructed service network. And the service matching function is set. At the same time, set the overall evaluation index of the service network, compare the calculated index values, select the most suitable service composition scheme, The optimized configuration of enterprise service network. 4) the software that is suitable for the evolution of the service network model is simulated. The relationship between nodes and nodes in the model is described by the program written. At the same time, it simulates the change of the relationship between the service nodes at different times, outputs the corresponding index value and draws the map, according to the drawing analysis and comparison, it explores the changing law of the service resource allocation and the evolution law of the network in the service network. Thus, the relationship between the research results and the practical application is obtained.
