中国创意及相关服务贸易国际竞争力研究

【摘要】:近年来,创意及相关服务贸易越来越成为了全球服务贸易新的增长点。无论是发达国家还是新兴国家,都十分重视其发展。在我国,创意及相关服务贸易发展取得了很大的进步,我国创意及相关服务贸易的规模不断扩大,地位也不断提升,但是相比于我国经济总量在全世界的地位以及创意产品贸易的发展还有很大的差距,各分项的发展也极为不平衡。本文通过相关的进出口数据和占比情况分析了我国的创意及相关服务贸易的发展现状,并运用贸易竞争力(TC)指数和相对(技术)复杂度指数,采用UNCTAD发布的最新统计数据,对中国以及世界其他七个国家的创意及相关服务贸易的国际竞争力进行了比较研究。结果显示:我国创意及相关服务贸易已具备一定的国际竞争力,在世界创意服务贸易的地位也不断提升,但是各分项发展很不平衡。通过建立时间序列数据模型,从进出口两个角度实证研究影响中国创意及相关服务贸易的主要因素,结果显示:人均GDP、创意及相关服务贸易的进口(技术)复杂度、创意产品贸易进口规模以及服务开放度,是影响创意及相关服务贸易进口的主要因素;而在出口方面的影响因素则是人均GDP、创意及相关服务贸易的出口(技术)复杂度、创意产品出口贸易规模以及人力资本存量。为进一步提升我国创意及相关服务贸易国际竞争力,应持续提高人均GDP水平,并将创意及相关服务作为“战略性新兴产业”给予重点优先发展,同时强化对进出口市场的了解,优化出口结构,提高创意服务技术水平,加强创意服务产业高端人才的培养与引进,加大创意及相关服务业的开放力度,注重进口服务贸易的质量,结合创意产品贸易的发展,发展创意及相关服务贸易。
[Abstract]:In recent years, creative and related services trade has become a new growth point of global service trade. Both developed and emerging countries attach great importance to its development. In China, great progress has been made in the development of creative and related trade in services. However, compared with the position of China's total economic volume in the world and the development of creative products trade, the development of each sub-item is also extremely unbalanced. This paper analyzes the current situation of China's creativity and related trade in services through the relevant import and export data and the ratio of imports and exports, and uses the trade competitiveness index and the relative (technical) complexity index, and adopts the latest statistical data released by UNCTAD. This paper makes a comparative study on the international competitiveness of creative and related trade in services in China and seven other countries in the world. The results show that China's creative and related services trade has a certain degree of international competitiveness, and the status of creative services trade in the world is also increasing, but the development of each sub-item is very uneven. By establishing a time series data model, this paper empirically studies the main factors affecting China's creativity and related services trade from the perspective of import and export. The results show that: per capita GDP, the import (technology) complexity of creativity and related services trade, The import scale of creative products and the degree of openness to services are the main factors affecting the import of creativity and related services, while the factors affecting export are GDP per capita, the complexity of export (technology) of creative and related services trade. The scale of export of creative products and the stock of human capital. In order to further enhance the international competitiveness of China's creative and related services trade, we should continuously raise the level of GDP per capita, give priority to the development of creativity and related services as "strategic emerging industries", and strengthen our understanding of the import and export markets. Optimize the export structure, improve the technical level of creative services, strengthen the cultivation and introduction of high-end talents in the creative services industry, increase the opening up of creative and related services, pay attention to the quality of import service trade, and combine with the development of trade in creative products. Develop creative and related services trade.
