基于灰色综合评价的废旧电器回收渠道评价体系构建

【摘要】：近年来,我国经济发展与资源短缺和环境污染的矛盾越发凸显。随着经济的发展,家用电器的报废量逐年增加,我国现已进入家用电器报废高峰期,国家为了缓解我国资源短缺、减少环境污染和促进经济的可持续发展,出台相关政策法规支持废旧电器规范回收和再生资源的循环利用。在废旧电器回收过程中,回收渠道评价与选择关系到回收企业的回收成本、经济收益和生存状况,回收企业回收渠道决策又受各层面因素的影响,哪些层面因素对回收渠道决策具有重要作用,对比各大回收渠道的优缺点并比较回收渠道的效果,为回收企业选择最优的回收渠道提供参考为本文研究的重点。本文基于灰色系统理论和循环经济理论,通过专家调研访谈得到回收渠道评价多层次指标,建立了选择回收渠道影响因素指标体系,构建了回收渠道的综合评价模型。通过专家打分得到三大回收渠道的评分表,运用Yaahp软件计算得出各个层次的指标权重和三大回收渠道的综合评价值,评价分析三大回收渠道的优势和劣势,针对权重较大的层次指标因素提出改善措施,为回收渠道的决策提供一定的指导意见。研究结果表明:影响回收渠道决策的四大层次指标的权重排序分别是经济性因素、可持续发展、组织管理和环境因素。根据白化权函数公式以三种回收渠道为灰评价对象用专家数计算得出结论:第三方回收渠道的评价等级为良好,生产商负责回收和零售商负责回收的回收渠道评价等级为中等,对比分析得出第三方回收渠道优于生产商回收渠道和零售商回收渠道。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the contradiction between economic development and resource shortage and environmental pollution has become more and more prominent. With the development of economy, the amount of household appliances is increasing year by year. Our country has entered the peak period of household appliances scrapping. In order to alleviate the shortage of resources, reduce the environmental pollution and promote the sustainable development of the economy, the country is in the process of reducing the shortage of resources in our country. Issue relevant policies and regulations to support recycling and recycling of waste electrical appliances. In the process of recycling of waste electrical appliances, the evaluation and selection of recycling channels are related to the recovery cost, economic benefits and living conditions of recycling enterprises, and the decision-making of recycling channels of recycling enterprises is affected by various factors. Which level factors play an important role in the decision-making of the recovery channel, compare the advantages and disadvantages of each major recovery channel and compare the effect of the recovery channel, and provide a reference for the recycling enterprise to choose the best recovery channel. Based on the grey system theory and circular economy theory, the multi-level evaluation index of recovery channel is obtained through expert investigation and interview, and the index system of influencing factors of selecting recovery channel is established, and the comprehensive evaluation model of recovery channel is constructed. The scoring table of the three major recovery channels is obtained by experts, the index weights of each level and the comprehensive evaluation values of the three major recovery channels are calculated by using Yaahp software, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three major recovery channels are evaluated and analyzed. In order to provide some guidance for the decision-making of the recovery channel, the improvement measures are put forward for the hierarchical index factors with high weight. The results show that the weight ranking of the four indexes affecting the decision-making of recovery channel is economic factor, sustainable development, organization management and environmental factor. According to the formula of whitening weight function, it is concluded that the evaluation grade of the third party recycling channel is good, the producer is responsible for recycling and the retailer is responsible for recycling, and the evaluation level of recovery channel is medium. Comparative analysis shows that the third party recycling channel is superior to the manufacturer and retailer recovery channel.
