银座集团股份有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,伴随着我国经济的高速发展,我国的零售业迎来了近20年的黄金发展期,超市、百货、购物中心如雨后春笋般在全国各地发展起来。2013年,全国社会消费品零售总额达到了237810亿元。但从2012年起,我国进入经济发展的“新常态”,传统零售店开始面临门店长期扩张带来的产能过剩以及电子商务高速发展的双重挑战。一方面,随着经济向中低速增长的转变,居民收入水平和社会消费额增幅都有明显的下降,各种零售店普遍呈饱和状态,个别地区甚至出现了“关店潮”;另一方面,电子商务其占社会零售总额的比例持续上升,不断的侵蚀着传统零售企业的市场份额。传统零售到了不变革必死的境地。银座集团股份有限公司隶属于山东省商业集团总公司,涉及超市、百货、购物中心、便利店以及电子商务多个业态,经过近二十年的发展,已拥有超市及百货各种门店近200家,是山东省零售行业的龙头企业,其发展也基本代表近年来传统零售企业兴起和扩张的历程。银座集团所在的零售行业,存在着经济持续发展、零售市场不断扩张、居民消费水平不断提升、行业兼并重组加快等方面的机遇,但也面临竞争加剧、成本上升、业态升级、利润下降等方面的挑战。在与行业内企业的竞争中,银座集团虽然具有较强的区域规模优势、品牌优势、业态组合和资本运作方面的优势,但也同样在人才‘、经营理念和门店布局的合理性方面有很多不足。结合当今中国零售行业转型升级加快、企业兼并整合加速、居民消费结构不断提升、全新的零售架构正在构建等趋势,总结得出银座集团应该走多业态、连锁化、兼并联合和各业态加速融合的发展之路。为确保公司战略目标的实现,银座应加快推进全新零售渠道构建、提升与供应商的合作水平等方面的战略实施。为保证措施实施到位,公司还应该在人力资源管理,企业再造等方面有重点做好相关保障工作。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid economic development of our country, the retail industry of our country has ushered in a golden development period of nearly 20 years. Supermarkets, department stores and shopping centers have sprung up all over the country in 2013. The national total retail sales of consumer goods reached 23.781 trillion yuan. However, since 2012, China has entered the "new normal" of economic development. Traditional retail stores have begun to face the dual challenges of overcapacity caused by long-term expansion of stores and the rapid development of e-commerce. On the one hand, with the transition of the economy to moderate and low growth, both the income level of residents and the increase in social consumption have decreased significantly, and various retail outlets have generally become saturated, and there has even been a "wave of shops closing" in individual regions; on the other hand, The proportion of electronic commerce to the total amount of social retailing has been rising, eroding the market share of traditional retail enterprises. Traditional retailing has come to the point of death without change. Ginza Group Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shandong Commercial Group Corporation, which involves supermarkets, department stores, shopping centers, convenience stores and electronic commerce. After nearly 20 years of development, it has nearly 200 supermarkets and stores of all kinds. Shandong Province retail industry is the leading enterprise, its development also basically represents the traditional retail enterprise rise and expansion in recent years. In the retail industry in which Ginza Group is located, there are opportunities in such aspects as sustained economic development, continuous expansion of the retail market, rising consumption level of residents, accelerated merger and reorganization of the industry, and so on, but it also faces increased competition, rising costs, and upgrading of the business format. Challenges in terms of falling profits, etc. In the competition with enterprises in the industry, Ginza Group has strong advantages in regional scale, brand advantages, portfolio and capital operation, but it is also in the talent market. Business philosophy and the rationality of the store layout has a lot of deficiencies. Combined with the trend of China's retail industry transformation and upgrading, enterprise merger and integration, residents' consumption structure being promoted and a new retail structure being constructed, it is concluded that Ginza Group should take a multi-industry pattern and become a chain. Merger and association and various forms of accelerated integration of the development of the road. In order to ensure the realization of the company's strategic goal, Ginza should speed up the construction of new retail channels and enhance the level of cooperation with suppliers and other aspects of strategic implementation. In order to ensure the implementation of measures, the company should also focus on human resources management, enterprise reengineering and other aspects of the relevant security work.
