基于互联网平台的网约车动态补贴策略

【摘要】:随着滴滴Uber合并,网约车补贴大幅度减少,用户大量流失的背景下,为实现网约车公司效益最大化,本文从乘客、司机、网约车运营少的角度考虑,提出了一个更加合理的动态补贴策略。该策略在实现了网约车运营商的收益最大化的同时,保证网约车司机获得期望收入,考虑了不同时空供需不平衡问题,有利于乘客更方便的打车,缓解"打车难"问题,达到三方共赢的结果。
[Abstract]:With the merger of Didi Uber, the subsidies for ride-hailing have been greatly reduced, and the users have been losing a lot. In order to maximize the benefit of the ride-sharing companies, this paper considers from the point of view of less operation of passengers, drivers and ride-hailing. A more reasonable dynamic subsidy strategy is proposed. This strategy not only maximizes the revenue of the network ride-hailing operators, but also ensures the drivers to get the expected income, and considers the imbalance between the supply and demand in different time and space, which is beneficial to the passengers to take a taxi more conveniently, and to alleviate the problem of "the difficulty of ride-hailing". Achieve a win-win outcome for all three parties.
