S外贸公司人力资源外包风险及防范研究

【摘要】:随着互联网经济的大力发展,传统的运营模式已经不能满足企业高速发展的要求,越来越多的公司加入到了战略转型的队伍中来。为了进一步提升企业的核心竞争力和战略资源,外资公司开始逐渐加大了外包的职能的开发力度,由原来单一的外包模式,转变为多项职能外包,人力资源外包也在此行列。随着人力成本不断升高,企业管理者们遵循交易成本理论,,将人力资源管理职能中,重复性、机械性、价值低的工作选择外包给更为专业的服务商来操作,在降低企业的运营成本同时集中优势力量发展核心竞争力,以便不断增强市场占有率。 外资公司积累了多年的外包运营经验,开始逐渐在中国广泛推广。不可否认,事物都具有两面性,外包具有其不可替代的优势,但是中国的实际运作过程中,我们发现由于外包给企业带来的风险同样巨大。如果对于人力资源外包的风险没有足够的认识,一旦做出了外包决策,等待企业的将是不可估量的损失。于是人力资源外包风险和防范的研究势在必行,尤其是在当下人力资源外包在中国开展得如火如荼的局面下,这方面的研究显得更为紧迫。 文章以S外资公司为研究对象,结合国内外专家学者对于人力资源外包领域理论的研究,重点分析S公司目前人力资源外包的现状,以及在中国实施人力资源外包过程中所面临的风险,并提出相应的风险防范措施,为类似S公司的外资在华公司采用人力资源外包模式时提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet economy, the traditional operation mode can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of enterprises, more and more companies have joined the ranks of strategic transformation. In order to further enhance the core competitiveness and strategic resources of enterprises, foreign companies began to gradually increase the development of outsourcing functions, from the original single outsourcing mode to a number of functions outsourcing, human resources outsourcing is also in the ranks. As human costs continue to rise, corporate managers follow the transaction cost theory, outsourcing the repetitive, mechanical and low-value jobs of human resource management to more professional service providers. At the same time to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and focus on advantages to develop core competitiveness, in order to continuously enhance market share. Foreign companies have accumulated many years of experience in outsourcing operations, and began to spread widely in China. There is no denying that everything has two sides, outsourcing has its irreplaceable advantages, but in the actual operation of China, we find that the risks brought by outsourcing to enterprises are also huge. If there is not enough understanding of the risks of human resource outsourcing, once the outsourcing decision is made, there will be incalculable losses waiting for the enterprise. Therefore, it is imperative to study the risk and prevention of human resource outsourcing, especially in the current situation where human resource outsourcing is in full swing in China. This article takes S foreign capital company as the research object, unifies the domestic and foreign expert scholar to the human resources outsourcing domain theory research, emphatically analyzes S company's present situation of the human resources outsourcing, And the risks in the process of human resource outsourcing in China, and put forward the corresponding risk prevention measures to provide a reference for foreign companies similar to S companies in China to adopt the human resources outsourcing model.
