【摘要】:随着计算机网络技术和通信技术的发展,电子商务在各个领域得到广泛应用,并逐步实现了商务过程的数字化和网络化。电子商务的应用在改变了传统的贸易方式,并显示出独特的优势。与此同时,在项目管理领域,项目管理方法也得到了进一步的发展和完善,企业需要适应市场、面对竞争,如何在当代利用电子技术手段、网络信息、技术软件来和别人竞争对我国企业来说都是刻不容缓。然而,在面对竞争的时候,我国企业使用的方法却没有得到很大的效果,在企业信息化方面表现为,企业信息化程度和软件、互联网利用度以及电子商务管理系统在企业评估市场、决策项目、产品推出等有决定先影响的重大事项的管理上效果不甚理想,因此,也制约了企业进一步占领市场和持续发展。本文以Y通信公司网上商城项目为研究背景,通过深入学习研究电子商务项目理论,结合项目的实际实施过程,展开对项目管理在电子商务项目中时间管理和风险管理的应用研究。具体研究的内容如下:首先提出本文研究的背景及意义,内容和框架。其次陈述项目管理基本理论及电子商务项目管理理论,以此作为本文研究的理论基础。再次概述Y通信公司网上商城项目的背景及基本情况,提出网上商城项目建设的原则和可行性。再次针对Y通信公司网上商城项目时间管理进行分析,主要内容包括项目时间管理目标、细化分析、活动排序、时间评估及进度控制。再次,针对Y通信公司网上商城项目风险管理进行分析,主要内容为项目风险识别、风险评估、风险应对。最后陈述本文研究的结论与后期的展望。Y公司网上商城项目通过运用项目管理的思路和流程,最终得以顺利完成。以此证明项目管理理论对通信行业进行电子商务项目开展有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer network technology and communication technology, electronic commerce has been widely used in various fields, and gradually realized the digitization and networking of business process. The application of e-commerce has changed the traditional way of trade and has shown unique advantages. At the same time, in the field of project management, project management methods have been further developed and improved. Enterprises need to adapt to the market, face the competition, how to use electronic technology, network information, Technical software to compete with others is urgent for Chinese enterprises. However, in the face of competition, the methods used by Chinese enterprises have not achieved great results. In terms of enterprise informatization, the degree of enterprise informatization and software, Internet utilization and e-commerce management systems are not very effective in the management of major issues such as enterprise evaluation of markets, decision-making projects, product launches, etc., Also restricted the enterprise to further occupy the market and the sustainable development. This paper takes the E-commerce project of Y Communication Company as the research background, through the in-depth study of e-commerce project theory, combined with the actual implementation process of the project, Research on the application of project management in e-commerce project time management and risk management. The specific contents of the study are as follows: firstly, the background and significance, content and framework of this study are proposed. Secondly, it states the basic theory of project management and the theory of e-commerce project management, which is the theoretical basis of this paper. The background and basic situation of Y communication company's online shopping mall project are summarized again, and the principles and feasibility of the construction of online mall project are put forward. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the project time management of Y Communication Company online Mall, including project time management objectives, detailed analysis, activity ranking, time evaluation and schedule control. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the project risk management of Y Communication Company online Mall. The main contents are project risk identification, risk assessment and risk response. In the end, the conclusion of this paper and the prospect of the later period. The project of online shopping mall of Y Company can be successfully completed through the application of project management ideas and process. This proves that the theory of project management is of practical significance to the development of e-commerce projects in the communication industry.
