基于价值链重构的商业模式创新研究

【摘要】:在企业所经历的众多竞争的实践活动中,商业模式是一种获取企业竞争优势的关键因素的这种观念得到了众多企业高层管理者的认可。正如彼得·德鲁克认为的:企业之间的竞争逐渐变成了商业模式之间的竞争,即企业的竞争表现为拥有可持续竞争性的商业模式。企业管理者察觉到企业的生存和未来发展,很大程度上取决于新的、更有竞争力的商业模式,商业模式创新能够创造更多有价值的机遇。基于商业模式和价值链中都强调价值创造的逻辑并能够建立企业竞争优势的这个观点,启发我们把价值链可以选择作为切入点来研究商业模式创新。从价值链重构视角分析商业模式创新,能有效地为企业在互联经济时代实现新成长而提供新思路。首先,本文介绍了研究的意义、目的及方法,并梳理了国内和国外研究商业模式创新的有关文献。其次,本文主要论述了国内及国外的相关理论基础,然后从价值链和商业模式互动关系及价值链重构视角两个角度分析了商业模式创新的路径。在本文的第四部分,利用典型案例分析,以海尔家电为例,研究其企业商业模式创新,并分析了本文的不足之处和创新之处。通过本文的研究,我们可以发现企业持续性的竞争优势离不开商业模式创新。对商业模式的创新路径问题的探究,本文的结论是:从价值链和商业模式互动关系中,提出价值链创新、移向价值链的关键环节、控制价值链这三条路径;从价值链重构角度,突出了基于市场定位、经营系统、盈利模式的商业模式创新三条路径。结合海尔的网络化和商业模式创新,可以认为没有普适的商业模式,成功的商业模式是实现动态适应下的成功,企业既要考虑到顾客,也要重视员工的作用,同时做到同其他利益相关者分享价值。
[Abstract]:The concept that business model is a key factor to obtain competitive advantage has been recognized by many senior managers of enterprises in the numerous competitive practice activities experienced by enterprises. As Peter Drucker thinks: competition between enterprises has gradually become competition between business models, that is, the competition of enterprises is characterized by a sustainable competitive business model. Business managers are aware that the survival and future development of enterprises depend to a great extent on new and more competitive business models, and that business model innovation can create more valuable opportunities. Based on the view that both the business model and the value chain emphasize the logic of value creation and can establish the competitive advantage of the enterprise, we can choose the value chain as the starting point to study the innovation of business model. Analysis of business model innovation from the perspective of value chain reconstruction can effectively provide new ideas for enterprises to realize new growth in the era of interconnected economy. First of all, this paper introduces the significance, purpose and methods of the research, and combs the domestic and foreign literature on business model innovation. Secondly, this paper mainly discusses the relevant theoretical basis of domestic and foreign countries, and then analyzes the path of business model innovation from the perspective of the interactive relationship between value chain and business model and the perspective of value chain reconstruction. In the fourth part of this paper, using the typical case analysis, taking Haier household appliance as an example, the innovation of business model of Haier is studied, and the deficiency and innovation of this paper are analyzed. Through the research of this paper, we can find that the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises can not be separated from business model innovation. The conclusion of this paper is: from the interactive relationship between value chain and business model, the paper puts forward the three paths of value chain innovation, moving to the key link of value chain, controlling the value chain, and reconstructing the value chain from the angle of value chain reconstruction. It highlights three ways of business model innovation based on market positioning, business system and profit model. Combined with Haier's network and business model innovation, it can be considered that there is no universal business model, and successful business model is to achieve success under dynamic adaptation. Enterprises should not only consider customers, but also pay attention to the role of employees. Share value with other stakeholders at the same time.
