【摘要】：随着网络技术的飞速发展,越来越多的新兴行业、项目出现在了人们的日常生活中,我们可以说,互联网的发展进一步推动了传统行业的发展与变革,而本文所研究的涉农网络银行便是以互联网为载体、现代信息技术为基础发展而来的重要新兴产物之一。为了对我国涉农网络银行的发展现状做出更好的了解,笔者通过对相关文献的研究以及实际网站特点的分析,构建了一套适合于我国涉农网络银行评价的指标体系,并且根据利用该体系得到的样本数据结果,对我国涉农网络银行的发展提出了针对性的建议。本文的具体研究内容如下:1.对国内外网络银行以及电子商务类网站的评价研究现状进行了分析,并且对国内外网络银行的特点以及目前发展所存在的问题进行了阐述。2.通过对网站评价的相关研究,了解在对网站进行评价时所需要遵循的原则,并且根据我国涉农网络银行的实际发展情况确定了构建评价体系时所使用的具体方法。3.根据对网站评价现状的相关研究并且结合有关专家的建议,制定了涉农网络银行评价体系的相应指标,再通过利用层次分析法,确定了体系中所有指标的对应权重,并且对指标数据的获取方式和规范化方式做出了明确的规定,最终得到了一套较为完善的涉农网络银行评价指标体系。4.为了验证本文中构建的评价指标体系的可行性,选取了 141个样本网站,并且利用该体系对这些样本网站进行了评价测试。5.根据样本网站的评价结果以及相关文献的研究结果,对我国涉农网络银行的发展提出了相应的建议。并且,在文章的最后,对本研究的结果以及不足之处做出了总结,同时也对我国涉农网络银行未来的发展做了简要的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, more and more new industries, projects appear in people's daily life, we can say that the development of the Internet has further promoted the development and transformation of traditional industries. The agricultural network bank studied in this paper is one of the important emerging products based on the Internet and modern information technology. In order to make a better understanding of the current situation of the development of the agricultural network bank in China, the author constructs a set of index system suitable for the evaluation of the agricultural network bank of our country through the research of the related literature and the analysis of the characteristics of the actual website. According to the results of the sample data obtained by the system, some suggestions are put forward for the development of agricultural network banks in China. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper analyzes the status quo of the evaluation and research on the network banks and e-commerce websites at home and abroad, and expounds the characteristics of the network banks at home and abroad and the existing problems in the development of the network banks at home and abroad. Through the relevant research on website evaluation, we understand the principles to be followed in the evaluation of websites, and according to the actual development of agricultural network banks in China, we determine the specific methods used in the construction of evaluation system. According to the relevant research on the status quo of website evaluation and the suggestions of relevant experts, the corresponding indexes of the evaluation system of the agricultural network bank are formulated, and the corresponding weights of all the indexes in the system are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). And the way to obtain the index data and the standardized way have made the clear stipulation, finally obtained a set of relatively perfect appraisal index system of the agricultural network bank. 4. In order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system constructed in this paper, 141 sample websites were selected and evaluated by the system. According to the evaluation results of the sample websites and the research results of related documents, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of agricultural network banks in China. At the end of the paper, the results and shortcomings of this study are summarized. At the same time, the future development of agricultural network banks in China is briefly prospected.
