杭州市互联网金融产业集聚影响因素研究

【摘要】:金融服务借助信息技术形成了新兴业态互联网金融产业,聚焦目前我国互联网金融产业的分布格局,互联网金融产业在杭州形成了较高的发展水平以及较为明显的集聚现象,对比传统金融产业发展水平,北京、上海是全国性金融中心,深圳、广州是全国性金融次中心,金融集聚水平明显高于杭州等其他城市。因此通过研究杭州互联网金融产业集聚形成的影响因素及作用路径,分析互联网金融集聚不同于传统金融的新特点。首先,基于新经济地理学等理论以及互联网金融产业特性构建互联网金融产业集聚的理论模型,然后比较杭州在全国范围内互联网金融集聚分布中的地位,以此说明以杭州为互联网金融集聚研究对象的依据。构建互联网金融产业集聚指标体系,运用主成分分析比较全国15个城市的互联网金融集聚水平,得出杭州处于互联网金融集聚水平第一层级的结论。进而运用GIS空间分析方法展示互联网金融集聚水平空间分布格局。再次,通过区位熵测度杭州互联网金融产业集聚水平,得出杭州形成互联网金融产业集聚的结论。最后,基于前述理论模型,以区位熵为被解释变量,以技术创新、民营经济支撑、互联网产业发展水平、政府支持的指标为解释变量进行回归分析,从而探究互联网金融产业集聚水平的影响因素。结果表明:杭州互联网金融产业集聚水平与技术创新、民营经济支撑、互联网产业发展水平、政府支持呈正向相关,其中,互联网产业发展水平影响最显著,基于产业关联效应,互联网产业从技术、资金、平台等为互联网金融产业集聚提供支持。技术创新形成规模经济效益,吸引外部资源从而产生集聚。民营经济支撑为产业集聚提供市场需求。但技术创新和民营经济支撑对互联网金融产业集聚的影响不够显著,因此,政府应加大互联网金融产业的科研投入,构建区域创新网络,鼓励民营经济发展,完善互联网金融风险管理体系,吸引高端要素集聚,扩大龙头企业外溢效应,强化科技服务体系建设,发挥政府支持作用。
[Abstract]:With the help of information technology, financial services have formed a new form of Internet financial industry, focusing on the distribution pattern of Internet financial industry in China at present. The Internet financial industry has formed a relatively high level of development and a relatively obvious phenomenon of agglomeration in Hangzhou. Compared with the development level of traditional financial industry, Beijing and Shanghai are national financial centers, Shenzhen and Guangzhou are national financial sub-centers, and the level of financial agglomeration is obviously higher than that of other cities such as Hangzhou. Therefore, this paper analyzes the new characteristics of Internet financial agglomeration different from traditional finance by studying the influencing factors and action paths of the formation of Internet financial agglomeration in Hangzhou. First of all, based on the theory of new economic geography and the characteristics of Internet financial industry, this paper constructs a theoretical model of Internet financial industry agglomeration, and then compares Hangzhou's position in the distribution of Internet financial agglomeration across the country. This explains Hangzhou as the research object of Internet financial agglomeration. This paper constructs the index system of Internet financial agglomeration, compares the level of Internet financial agglomeration in 15 cities of China by principal component analysis, and draws the conclusion that Hangzhou is in the first level of Internet financial agglomeration. Then the spatial distribution pattern of Internet financial agglomeration level is demonstrated by GIS spatial analysis method. Thirdly, through the location entropy to measure the level of Hangzhou Internet financial industry agglomeration, the conclusion that Hangzhou forms Internet financial industry agglomeration. Finally, based on the above theoretical model, taking the location entropy as the explained variable, the technology innovation, the private economy support, the Internet industry development level, the government support index as the explanation variable carries on the regression analysis. In order to explore the level of Internet financial industry agglomeration factors. The results show that the level of Internet financial industry agglomeration in Hangzhou is positively correlated with technological innovation, private economy support, Internet industry development level, and government support, among which the level of Internet industry development is the most significant. Based on the industrial correlation effect, the Internet industry provides support for the Internet financial industry agglomeration from technology, capital, platform and so on. Technological innovation forms economies of scale and attracts external resources to produce agglomeration. Private economy support provides market demand for industrial agglomeration. However, the influence of technological innovation and private economic support on the agglomeration of Internet financial industry is not significant enough. Therefore, the government should increase the research investment of Internet financial industry, construct regional innovation network, and encourage the development of private economy. Improve the Internet financial risk management system, attract high-end elements gathering, expand the spillover effect of leading enterprises, strengthen the construction of science and technology service system, and give play to the role of government support.
