【摘要】：运营管理是一个企业日常运作及管理体系中的重要环节,拥有一套科学的、符合企业自身实际情况的运营管理体系,对国内互联网金融行业尤其是互联网金融P2P企业来说,是一个十分重要的课题。本文试图运用运营管理的相关理论,借鉴运营改进的现有研究成果,通过对湖南英邦投资担保公司P2P网贷平台运营体系的解剖,对其现行的运营体系进行改进并提出新的运营改进方案。本文以湖南英邦投资担保公司P2P网贷平台为对象,运用企业战略管理、人力资源管理、财务管理及运营管理规划,并参考国内外关于P2P网贷、互联网金融、运营管理的相关文献,对如何将现在的运营系统改进成为一个高效运营管理系统进行探讨。首先简要说明选题背景和研究意义以及研究方法和内容,综述国内外互联网金融的相关理论和发展现状。然后介绍湖南英邦投资担保公司P2P网贷平台的发展历程并对其现阶段运行的运营管理体系进行详细剖析,指出其存在的问题及问题产生的原因。再以湖南英邦投资担保公司P2P网贷平台的实际需要作为基础,确定其运营目的和运营原则,结合各种运营管理理论,重点对运营管理环节进行改进研究,并对改进后运营管理体系做出可行性分析。最后提出湖南英邦投资担保公司P2P网贷平台在运营管理体系改进方案中可能遇到的障碍以及相应的解决措施。希望本文的研究可以为湖南英邦投资担保公司P2P网贷平台乃至互联网金融P2P网贷行业建立有效的运营管理体系提供理论思路和决策参考。
[Abstract]:Operation management is an important link in the daily operation and management system of an enterprise. It has a set of scientific operation and management system, which accords with the actual situation of the enterprise itself, especially for the domestic Internet finance industry, especially the P2P enterprise of Internet finance. This paper tries to use the relevant theory of operation management, draw lessons from the existing research results of operation improvement, through the Hunan Yingbang investment guarantee company P2P network loan platform operating system anatomy, To improve its current operation system and put forward a new operation improvement plan. This article takes Hunan Yingbang investment guarantee company P2P network loan platform as the object, uses the enterprise strategic management, the human resources management, the financial management and the operation management plan, and consults the domestic and foreign regarding the P2P network loan, the Internet finance, This paper discusses how to improve the current operation system into an efficient operation management system. Firstly, the background, significance, research methods and contents of the topic are briefly introduced, and the related theories and development status of Internet finance at home and abroad are summarized. Then it introduces the development course of Peer-to-Peer network loan platform of Hunan Yingbang Investment guarantee Company and analyzes its operation management system at the present stage in detail and points out the existing problems and the causes of the problems. Then based on the actual needs of Hunan Yingbang investment guarantee company P2P network loan platform, determine its operation purpose and operating principles, combined with a variety of operation management theory, focus on improving the operational management links. And the feasibility analysis of the improved operation management system. Finally, the paper puts forward the obstacles that may be encountered in the scheme of improving the operation management system of Peer-to-Peer network loan platform of Hunan Yingbang Investment guarantee Company and the corresponding solutions. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide theoretical thinking and decision reference for the establishment of an effective operation management system for the P2P network loan platform and even the Internet finance P2P network loan industry of Hunan Yingbang Investment guarantee Company.
