沈阳市大学生互联网分期消费市场调查分析

【摘要】:随着互联网技术的创新与飞速发展,传统消费金融的形式与领域都发生着巨大的变革,由此,互联网消费金融市场应运而生并快速前进。2016年,互联网消费金融市场整个的交易规模都十分可观,比2015年的规模增长257%,而且今后也将不断扩大,预估计,到2018年,整个交易规模会超过11000亿。互联网消费金融利用互联网自身的优势,不断推陈出新,更新产品与服务,丰富了不同人群对于金融产品的选择。在2013年,第一家真正意义上的针对大学生的分期购物平台诞生,大学生这一新生代群体,也纷纷愿意尝试这种创新。同时,由于大学生群体的特殊性,他们没有稳定的收入来源,并且日常花销较大,名目众多,银行因为监管政策纷纷取消了大学生的信用卡服务,大学生群体没有有效的渠道来满足消费需求。而针对的大学生的分期购物平台的出现恰到好处的为这个问题的解决提供了突破口。同时随着高校扩招,学生数量增加,这一市场的存在越来越凸显出自身优势。但是在快速发展的同时,这些平台也暴露出了一部分的弊端。现在平台之间的一些共同问题就是风控体系不健全,分期费率不明晰。本文的目的就是分析大学生互联网分期消费市场的发展现状和发展方向以及不同平台之间的高地优劣的对比。并且了解我们大学生对于这一新兴平台的看法,使用情况以及针对目前平台存在的问题与不足给予相应的建议。本文以目前快速发展的互联网金融入手,然后对我国大学生互联网分期购物平台的发展现状,发展情况做出了介绍,介绍了平台为大学生提供的主要产品与服务,并且也详细分析了这一行业快速发展的原因。同时,在不同的平台也分别衍生出几种不同的分期产品,我们也根据产品的不同通过横向纵向对不同产品进行了对比分析,分析出不同产品的优劣之处,以便于消费者更直观的进行选择。之后,笔者在线上线下针对沈阳市各大高校的大学生进行了问卷调查以及实地访谈。在调查过后,对问卷进行有效的回收,并且对回收的问卷进行了细致的分析研究,总结了大学生对于大学生互联网分期购物市场的态度与看法,大学生的消费习惯,认可程度,以及对其有什么看法。最后归纳大学生的观点以及查阅各方面资料,最后给出了平台改进的相关建议。互联网消费金融市场不仅仅要注意自己服务的提高,产品的创新,同时还要注意在大学生中树立正确的消费观,使互联网消费金融更好地为大学生群体服务,甚至也可以成为未来互联网消费市场的发展主力军。
[Abstract]:With the innovation and rapid development of Internet technology, great changes have taken place in the form and field of traditional consumer finance. The Internet consumer financial market as a whole is trading on a sizable scale, up from 257m in 2015, and will continue to expand, with a forecast of more than 1.1 trillion by 2018. Internet consumer finance makes use of the advantages of the Internet, and constantly introduces the old and the new, updates the products and services, and enriches the choice of financial products for different people. In 2013, the first truly phased shopping platform for college students was born, and the new generation of college students was willing to try this innovation. At the same time, because of the particularity of the college students, they do not have a stable source of income, and their daily expenses are large and their names are numerous. Banks have cancelled the credit card service for college students one after another because of the regulatory policies. There is no effective channel for college students to meet consumption demand. And the appearance of stage shopping platform for college students provides a breakthrough for solving this problem. At the same time, with the expansion of college enrollment, the number of students increases, the existence of this market more and more highlights its own advantages. But in the rapid development, these platforms also exposed a part of the drawbacks. Now some common problems between the platform is that the wind control system is not perfect, installment rates are not clear. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and development direction of college students' internet phased consumption market and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different platforms. And to understand our college students' views on this emerging platform, the use of the platform as well as the current problems and shortcomings to give corresponding suggestions. This paper starts with the rapid development of Internet finance, then introduces the current situation and development of the Internet shopping platform for college students in China, and introduces the main products and services provided by the platform for college students. And also detailed analysis of the reasons for the rapid development of this industry. At the same time, in different platforms also derived from several different stages of products, we also according to the different products through horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of different products, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different products, So that consumers can choose more intuitively. After that, the author conducted a questionnaire survey and field interview for the college students in Shenyang. After the investigation, the questionnaire is collected effectively, and the questionnaire is analyzed and studied in detail. The attitudes and views of college students towards the Internet shopping market, the consumption habits, and the degree of recognition of college students are summarized. And what do you think about it? Finally, the author summarizes the views of college students and looks up all kinds of information, and finally gives some suggestions for improving the platform. The Internet consumer financial market should not only pay attention to the improvement of its own service and the innovation of its products, but also pay attention to setting up a correct view of consumption among college students so that Internet consumer finance can better serve the group of college students. It can even become the main force in the development of the Internet consumer market in the future.
