兰州市再生资源回收公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着再生资源回收利用行业的快速发展和国家产业政策的调整,作为再生资源回收利用行业的传统企业和地区优势企业,未来几年将是兰州市再生资源回收公司实现规模扩张、加快发展的重要战略机遇期。在此条件下,企业如何抓住机遇,应对挑战、推进企业发展,已成为公司急需解决的重大课题。本文旨在以兰州市再生资源回收公司发展面临的外部环境、内部资源及主要业务能力为依据,以企业战略管理相关理论为指导,分析公司的发展环境,剖析公司的竞争能力,参照宏观经济形势预测、再生资源回收利用行业的前景分析和区域再生资源回收利用产业发展实际,理论与实践相结合,运用行业竞争结构模型和SWOT分析模型等,对公司目前的发展现状进行系统的分析研究,提出公司下一步的战略选择和保障措施。本文研究总体认为,随着再生资源回收利用行业的快速发展,公司技术装备陈旧、人力资源不足、产品附加值低等已成为制约公司可持续发展的主要因素,因此兰州市再生资源回收公司应以“全力发展再生资源回收利用主营业务,不断提高企业核心竞争力”为思路,推进规模扩张、延伸产业链,打造区域再生资源回收利用龙头企业。文章最后围绕兰州市再生资源回收公司的具体发展战略目标,从加强核心业务竞争力、科技领先竞争战略、推进规模扩张、着力提高品牌价值和推进重点项目建设等五个方面做出了企业的战略选择,从加大资金投入、加强组织协调、加大营销力度、推进队伍建设以及塑造优秀企业文化等五个方面制定了战略实施的保障措施,对兰州市再生资源回收公司的发展具有实际指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of recycling industry and the adjustment of national industrial policy, as the traditional enterprise and regional advantage enterprise of recycling resources recycling industry, the future years will be an important period of opportunity for Lanzhou recycling company to realize scale expansion and speed up its development. Under this condition, how to seize the machine To meet the challenges and promote the development of enterprises has become a major issue that the company needs to solve urgently. This paper aims at the external environment, internal resources and main business capabilities of the Lanzhou recycling resource recycling company, guided by the theory of enterprise strategic management, analyzing the development environment of the company, and analyzing the competitive ability of the company. According to the macro economic situation forecast, the prospect analysis of recycling resource recycling industry and the actual development of reclaimed resources recycling industry, combining theory with practice, using industry competition structure model and SWOT analysis model, the current development status of the company is analyzed and studied, and the next strategic selection of the company is put forward. With the rapid development of renewable resources recycling industry, the company's technical equipment is obsolete, the human resources are insufficient, and the value-added of the product has become the main factor that restricts the sustainable development of the company. Therefore, the reclaimed recycling company in Lanzhou should take "the full development of recycling resources recovery and utilization". The main business, continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises "as a train of thought, promote scale expansion, extend industrial chain, create regional recycling resources recycling leading enterprises. Finally, the article centers on the specific development strategic objectives of Lanzhou recycling resource recycling company, from strengthening the core business competitiveness, scientific and technological leading competition strategy, and promoting scale expansion. In order to improve the brand value and promote the construction of key projects, we have made the strategic choice of the enterprise. It has formulated the strategic implementation measures from five aspects, such as increasing capital investment, strengthening organization and coordination, strengthening marketing, promoting team construction and molding excellent enterprise culture, and the development of Lanzhou recycling resource recycling company. The exhibition has practical guiding significance.
