基于经济发展政策的服务业发展区域差异性

【摘要】：依据改革开放、振兴东北老工业基地以及西部大开发三大政策的主要影响地区,将我国27个主要城市划分为东南沿海地区、东北地区以及中西部地区三个样本集,研究由区域政策的导向作用所引起的区域服务业发展水平的差异.采用1980-2013年的面板数据,静态分析各地区服务业发展的差异.研究发现:政策倾向不同造成了服务业发展区域不平衡,导致中国整体服务业发展滞后.因此,要实现国内服务业的发展,须在政策上给予足够的发展空间与支持.
[Abstract]:According to the reform and opening up, the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China and the three major influence areas of the western development policy, the 27 major cities of our country are divided into three sample sets: the southeast coastal region, the northeast region and the central and western regions. This paper studies the differences in the development level of regional service industry caused by the guiding role of regional policies. By using panel data from 1980 to 2013, the differences of service industry development in different regions are analyzed statically. It is found that different policy tendencies cause regional imbalance in the development of service industry, which leads to the lag of the development of service industry in China as a whole. Therefore, to realize the development of domestic service industry, we must give sufficient development space and support in policy.
