【摘要】：项目管理的理论及工具已经被广泛的运用于各个领域。展会项目作为一种项目类型,既具有项目的普遍特征,也有其独特的地方。过去项目管理甚少涉及展会项目管理领域,但是随着我国展会行业的蓬勃发展,展会规模不断扩大,管理难度增加,引入科学的项目管理理论和工具已经成为必然的趋势。尤其是展会项目具有周期性特点,进度管理对于成功运作展会项目有着极其重要的作用。论文的研究对象是HSJ农展会项目,尝试将项目进度管理理论运用于HSJ农展会项目。论文介绍了项目进度管理的相关理论和工具,概括了HSJ农展会项目的基本情况,并分析了其进度管理方面存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了改进思路。结合HSJ农展会项目实际情况从项目描述和分解、活动排序、工期估计、计划编制、进度控制等方面进行了详细的介绍和说明。论文旨在帮助HSJ农展会组委会运用科学的方法进行有效的进度管理,提升项目的运作效率,减少偏离计划情况的发生,促进展会项目创造更大的经济效益和社会效益,也为其他中小规模的政府推动型展会项目提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Project management theory and tools have been widely used in various fields. As a kind of project type, exhibition project has not only the general characteristics of the project, but also its unique features. In the past, project management rarely involved in the field of exhibition project management, but with the vigorous development of exhibition industry in our country, the scale of exhibition has been expanding and the difficulty of management has increased, so the introduction of scientific project management theory and tools has become an inevitable trend. The schedule management plays an important role in the successful operation of the exhibition project. The research object of this paper is HSJ agriculture exhibition project, trying to apply the project schedule management theory to HSJ agriculture exhibition project. This paper introduces the relevant theories and tools of project schedule management, summarizes the basic situation of HSJ agriculture exhibition project, analyzes the main problems in schedule management, and puts forward the improvement ideas. Combined with the actual situation of HSJ agricultural exhibition project, this paper introduces and explains in detail the description and decomposition of the project, the sequencing of activities, the estimation of the duration of the project, the preparation of the plan, the schedule control, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to help the organizing committee of HSJ Agricultural Fair to use scientific methods to carry out effective progress management, to improve the operational efficiency of the project, to reduce the occurrence of deviation from the plan, and to promote the exhibition project to create greater economic and social benefits. Also for other small-and-medium-scale government-driven exhibition projects to provide a certain reference.
