跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴关系（TTIP）对我国经贸影响及对策分析

【摘要】：TTIP谈判不仅是美国“两洋自由贸易战略”的重要的内容,同时也是美国自由贸易区战略调整的重点。虽然TTIP的谈判有助于推动自由贸易区区内国家的发展,但也严重抑制了新兴经济体的经济发展,维护了美欧对全球贸易格局的主导地位,冲击了WTO框架下的多边贸易体系。同时,欧盟和美国是中国的最重要的经贸合作伙伴,TTIP将对中国产生复杂而深刻的影响。在此背景下,中国如何正确应对TTIP带来的挑战,抓住新时期的发展机遇具有十分重要的现实意义。根据所述内容,本文共分为五个部分。第一部分介绍本文研究的背景、意义、国内外研究现状、理论支持、研究方法以及创新点;第二部分首先对TTIP发起过程进行介绍,其次阐述了美欧发起TTIP的战略意图;第三部分介绍了中美、中欧的经贸现状,并通过TTIP条款分析了TTIP对中国经贸的潜在影响;第四部分通过实证论述了TTIP对中国的影响;第五部分给出了文章的结论,概括了中国应对的策略。总之,本文有助于我们系统、全面地理解TTIP的相关议题,同时有助于中国更好地应对TTIP所带来的影响,制定出更加合理、有效的政策措施。
[Abstract]:TTIP negotiation is not only the important content of American "two oceans free trade strategy", but also the focal point of American free trade area strategy adjustment. Although the TTIP negotiations can help promote the development of the countries in the free trade zone, they also seriously inhibit the economic development of emerging economies, maintain the dominant position of the United States and Europe in the global trade pattern and impact the multilateral trading system under the WTO framework. Meanwhile, the EU and the United States are China's most important economic and trade partners, TTIP will have a complex and profound impact on China. In this context, it is of great practical significance for China to correctly deal with the challenges brought by TTIP and seize the development opportunities in the new period. According to the content, this paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, significance, domestic and foreign research status, theoretical support, research methods and innovation points. The second part introduces the TTIP initiation process, and then expounds the strategic intention of the US and Europe to launch TTIP. The third part introduces the current economic and trade situation between China and the United States, and analyzes the potential impact of TTIP on China's economy and trade through the TTIP clause; the fourth part discusses the impact of TTIP on China through empirical analysis; the fifth part gives the conclusion of the article. The strategy of China's response is summarized. In a word, this paper is helpful for us to understand the relevant issues of TTIP systematically, and for China to better deal with the impact of TTIP and formulate more reasonable and effective policies and measures.
