【摘要】:消费者行为,指消费者为索取、使用、处置消费物品所采取的各种行动及先于且决定这些行动的决策过程。在笔者看来就是心理活动过程,大学生是一个特殊的消费群体层,有特殊的消费理念,经济上大多数靠父母的扶持,很少一部分人靠自己,他们的消费主要分为两部分,一是生活费用,用来饮食、服装、交通和娱乐花费等;二是学习费用,包括购买学习资料和学习用品。
[Abstract]:Consumer behavior refers to the actions taken by consumers to obtain, use and dispose of consumer goods and the decision-making process that precedes and determines these actions. In the author's view, it is the process of psychological activities. College students are a special consumer group, with a special consumption concept. Most of them depend on their parents to support them economically, and very few people rely on themselves. Their consumption is mainly divided into two parts. One is the cost of living, which is used for food, clothing, transportation and entertainment, and the other is the cost of study, including the purchase of study materials and school supplies.
