湖北省农业合作社农产品电子商务模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国政府提出要大力培育农业合作社等新型农业经营主体,发展农民专业合作和股份合作。湖北省农业合作社经过多年发展已经具备了一定规模,成为农业现代化的重要力量。2015年初我国政府报告提出“互联网+”行动计划,明确要推动电子商务发展,2017年中央一号文件《深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革加快培育农业农村发展新动能》再次强调发展农产品电子商务是农业供给侧结构性改革的重点之一,因此,农业经营主体包括农业合作社大力发展电子商务是适应新形势的必然选择。湖北省作为农业大省,具有农业资源丰富、信息化程度高和合作社发展迅速等优势,更应紧抓这一机遇推动农产品电子商务发展。本文首先对农产品电子商务和农业合作社进行了理论研究,分析了农产品电子商务的主体和客体,探寻了农业合作社存在的理论依据和发展阶段,认为农业合作社一般会经历初级、成长和成熟三个阶段。然后本文对湖北省农业合作社电子商务发展现状、优劣势及存在问题进行了分析,认为湖北省农产品电子商务仍处在初级阶段,但仍具有非常大的发展潜力,但是也存在基础设施、思想观念、标准化发展、品牌意识、人才、服务体系等方面的问题。接着本文对湖北省农业合作社电子商务的要素结构和系统构成进行了分析,认为农业合作社发展电子商务需要在采购、管理和网络营销方面做出努力。最后根据农业合作社发展的不同阶段,本文构想了四种电子商务发展模式,即起步阶段采取“农民+合作社+第三方信息平台+消费者”模式,成长阶段采取“合作社+第三方电商平台+消费者”模式,包含第三方直销和网店自营,成熟阶段采取“合作社+自建电商平台+消费者”和“合作社+农产品企业+搭建电商平台+消费者”模式,并结合案例对农业合作社根据自身实际如何选择发展模式进行了探讨。为湖北省农业合作社发展农产品电子商务提供了思路,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the government of our country proposed to cultivate agricultural cooperatives and other new types of agricultural management, to develop farmers' professional cooperation and share cooperation. After years of development, agricultural cooperatives in Hubei Province have become an important force in the modernization of agriculture. In early 2015, the government report put forward the "Internet" action plan. It is clear to promote the development of electronic commerce. In 2017, document No. 1 of the Central Committee, "deepening the structural Reform on the supply side of Agriculture, speeding up the cultivation of New Kinetic Energy of Agricultural Rural Development", emphasizes once again that the development of electronic commerce of agricultural products is the One of the priorities of the reform, Therefore, the main body of agricultural management, including agricultural cooperatives, to develop e-commerce is an inevitable choice to adapt to the new situation. Hubei province, as a big agricultural province, has the advantages of abundant agricultural resources, high information level and rapid development of cooperatives, and should grasp this opportunity to promote the development of agricultural products electronic commerce. In this paper, first of all, the theory of agricultural electronic commerce and agricultural cooperatives are studied, the subject and object of agricultural products electronic commerce are analyzed, and the theoretical basis and development stage of agricultural cooperatives are explored. It is believed that agricultural cooperatives generally go through three stages: primary stage, growth stage and mature stage. Then this paper analyzes the current situation, advantages and disadvantages and existing problems of E-commerce of agricultural cooperatives in Hubei Province, and thinks that E-commerce of agricultural products in Hubei Province is still in the primary stage, but it still has great potential for development. But there are also problems in infrastructure, ideas, standardization, brand awareness, talent, service systems, and so on. Then this paper analyzes the structure and system structure of E-commerce of agricultural cooperatives in Hubei Province, and concludes that the development of E-commerce of agricultural cooperatives needs to make efforts in procurement, management and network marketing. Finally, according to the different stages of the development of agricultural cooperatives, this paper conceive four kinds of electronic commerce development models, that is, the "third party information platform consumer" mode is adopted in the initial stage. The growth stage adopts the "cooperative third party ecommerce platform consumer" model, including the third party direct sale and the net shop self-operation, In the mature stage, we adopt the models of "cooperative self-built e-commerce platform consumers" and "cooperative agricultural products enterprises build e-commerce platform consumers". And combined with the case of agricultural cooperatives according to their own actual how to choose the development model was discussed. It provides the train of thought for Hubei agricultural cooperatives to develop agricultural products electronic commerce, and has important theoretical and practical significance.
