美食林集团企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:企业文化是企业的灵魂和精神支柱,它指引着企业运营和发展的方向。自20世纪起,国内外管理者认识到企业文化对企业发展的重要性,陆续开始进行企业文化建设。企业为提高经营业绩,提升员工凝聚力和企业核心竞争力,应当依据自身实际进行企业文化建设。目前我国引入企业文化理论的时间较短,理论研究多借鉴国外优秀理论,与国内企业发展实际情况结合较少,并且缺乏充足的实践经验,这不利于国内企业在激烈的市场竞争中取胜,无法实现企业的可持续发展。因此,对我国大多数企业来说,建设符合企业发展现状、独特的企业文化,能够增强企业核心竞争力,并帮助企业长久的立足于激烈的市场竞争之中。本文以美食林集团为研究对象,首先对企业文化的基本内容进行了分析,并指出了企业文化对企业发展的重要性。其次,对美食林集团企业文化建设现状进行了调查研究,通过数据统计进行分析,指出其在企业文化建设中所取得的成绩与存在的不足。最后,针对研究结果,提出了相应的改进措施,使得企业文化建设能够促进美食林集团的和谐、持续、快速发展,并提出了相关的实施保障。希望本文的研究能丰富企业文化的理论内容,促进美食林集团的发展壮大,使企业的核心竞争力得到提升,并在一定程度上指导国内中小企业更好地实施企业文化建设。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the soul and spiritual pillar of enterprise, which guides the direction of enterprise operation and development. Since the 20th century, managers at home and abroad realized the importance of corporate culture to the development of enterprises, and began to build corporate culture one after another. In order to improve the business performance, enhance the cohesion of employees and the core competitiveness of the enterprise, enterprises should carry out the enterprise culture construction according to their own reality. At present, the time of introducing corporate culture theory in our country is relatively short. The theoretical research mainly draws lessons from foreign excellent theories, and combines less with the actual situation of domestic enterprise development, and lacks sufficient practical experience. This is not conducive to domestic enterprises in the fierce market competition to win, unable to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, for most enterprises of our country, the construction accords with the enterprise development present situation, the unique enterprise culture, can enhance the enterprise core competitiveness, and helps the enterprise to stand in the fierce market competition for a long time. In this paper, the Gourmet Forest Group is taken as the research object. Firstly, the basic contents of corporate culture are analyzed, and the importance of corporate culture to enterprise development is pointed out. Secondly, the present situation of enterprise culture construction of Gourmet Forest Group is investigated and analyzed, and its achievements and shortcomings in enterprise culture construction are pointed out. Finally, according to the research results, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to make the enterprise culture construction promote the harmonious, sustainable and rapid development of the gourmet forest group, and put forward the relevant implementation guarantee. It is hoped that the research in this paper can enrich the theoretical content of corporate culture, promote the development and growth of gourmet forest group, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and to a certain extent guide domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to better implement the construction of corporate culture.
