中国专业市场的空间差异与影响因素研究

【摘要】:中国专业市场最早起源于过去的“马路市场”,经过多年的发展,如今专业市场变成我国国民经济发展的重要组成部分,在促进商品流通、拉动地方经济发展等方面所起到的作用较为显著。本文以中国专业市场的空间差异与影响因素为研究主线。首先根据市场数量、总摊位数、营业面积、成交额等指标分析了中国专业市场的发展现状,并利用2005-2014年10年间的统计数据研究了专业市场的增长情况,预测了专业市场未来发展趋势,即规模化、国际化经营、与电子商务融合发展和品牌化发展。接着利用专业市场成交额和区位熵,分别计算了其平均差、标准差、极差、变异系数、泰尔熵等,进一步分析了中国专业市场发展的空间差异基本特征,研究发现中国专业市场发展的整体差异在不断扩大,发展趋于不平衡。通过分析各个省(市)专业市场发展空间差异的演变,利用GeoDa软件制作出中国专业市场空间差异的分布图,可以明显的看出专业市场发达的省份主要集中在东部地区,中、西部省份专业市场发展要落后于东部地区专业市场,呈现出一定的集聚现象。计算出的全局Moran’s I值表明,整体上中国专业市场空间表现出空间正相关。Moran散点图表明中国各个省(市)专业市场间的相关模式为“HH”和“LL”。然后采用面板数据模型对影响中国专业市场空间差异的部分因素进行了实证研究,结果显示政府财政支持的增加、交通便利条件改善、中小企业发展越好、对外贸易的增长都会对专业市场的发展带来积极的影响,而社会消费水平的提高对专业市场并没有促进作用,空间因素对专业市场发展的影响并不明显。最后,根据本文的理论研究和实证分析从政府扶持、促进中小企业发展、扩大对外贸易、改善交通条件等角度给出了促进专业市场发展的相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:China's professional market originated from the "road market" in the past. After years of development, the professional market has become an important part of the national economic development of our country and is promoting the circulation of commodities. Pull the local economic development and other aspects of play a more significant role. This paper focuses on the spatial differences and influencing factors of China's professional market. First of all, according to the market number, the total number of stalls, business area, turnover and other indicators to analyze the development of the professional market in China, and use the 2005-2014 statistical data to study the growth of the professional market. The future development trend of professional market is forecasted, that is, scale, international management, integration development with electronic commerce and brand development. Then, the average deviation, standard deviation, extreme difference, coefficient of variation, Tyrentropy and so on are calculated by using the turnover and location entropy of the specialized market, and the basic characteristics of the spatial difference in the development of China's professional market are further analyzed. The study found that the overall differences in the development of the professional market in China are constantly expanding and the development tends to be unbalanced. By analyzing the evolution of the spatial differences in the development of specialized markets in various provinces (cities), and using GeoDa software to make the distribution map of the spatial differences of the professional markets in China, we can clearly see that the provinces with developed professional markets are mainly concentrated in the eastern region, in the middle. The western province specialized market development must lag behind the eastern region specialized market, presents the certain agglomeration phenomenon. The calculated global Moran's I value shows that the spatial positive correlation in the space of China's professional market is positive. Moran scatter plot shows that the correlation model between provinces (cities) in China is "HH" and "LL". Then the panel data model is used to study some factors that affect the spatial difference of China's professional market. The results show that the increase of government financial support, the improvement of transportation facilities, the better the development of SMEs. The growth of foreign trade will bring positive influence on the development of professional market, but the improvement of social consumption level will not promote the professional market, and the influence of spatial factors on the development of professional market is not obvious. Finally, according to the theoretical research and empirical analysis of this paper, from the point of government support, promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, expanding foreign trade, improving traffic conditions and other angles, this paper gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of professional market.
