中俄农产品贸易合作影响因素研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着世界经济危机的影响及欧洲对俄实施的经济制裁,俄罗斯逐渐将经贸合作对象转向中国。中国作为农业大国并且临近俄罗斯,地理上的先天优势使得中俄两国近年来的农产品贸易合作逐渐加深。中国“一带一路”政策的提出促进中俄两国政治经济文化方方面面加强合作,2015年“中蒙俄经济走廊”战略的提出更加落实了中俄两国未来经贸合作的前景,因此中俄两国未来的农产品贸易合作也将更加深入。本研究的主要目的是了解在新的环境下即中蒙俄经济走廊战略的提出下,中俄两国农产品贸易合作的发展趋势,中俄农产品贸易合作的影响因素及影响力大小,并且据此提出有针对性的政策建议促进两国的农产品贸易合作。本研究运用了理论与实证相结合及数据与文字相结合的分析方法对中俄两国农产品贸易合作影响因素及对策建议进行梳理。其中运用贸易引力模型对影响中俄农产品贸易合作的因素进行回归及检验,验证提出的影响因素对中俄农产品贸易合作的影响力大小,并具体阐述是正向影响还是负向影响,作用如何。根据研究,中俄两国的农产品贸易合作受两国的经济发展水平、运输方式多样化、基础设施建设程度和边境农业基地建设等因素的正向影响,受两国的运输成本、自然条件、专业人才等因素的负向作用。其中运输方式、基础设施建设及农业基地建设是影响中俄农产品贸易合作的最重要因素。虽然资金投入和WTO因素未通过显著性检验,但是仍然对中俄农产品贸易合作有一定的影响。因此,针对上述研究提出改善投资环境、重点培养对俄农业基地合作型人才、完善配套农业基础设施建设、建立沿路中俄农业生产基地群和提高中国农产品质量等针对性意见进而促进中俄两国农产品贸易合作的深入发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the impact of the world economic crisis and the economic sanctions imposed by Europe on Russia, Russia has gradually shifted the target of economic and trade cooperation to China. As a big agricultural country and close to Russia, China and Russia have the inherent advantage of geography to deepen the agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia in recent years. The proposal of China's "Belt and Road" policy has promoted the strengthening of cooperation between China and Russia in all aspects of political, economic and cultural aspects. The 2015 "China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor" strategy has further implemented the prospects for future economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia. Therefore, the future agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia will also be more in-depth. The main purpose of this study is to understand the development trend of agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia under the new environment, that is, the economic corridor strategy of China, Mongolia and Russia, and the influence factors and influence of Sino-Russian agricultural product trade cooperation. And accordingly puts forward the targeted policy proposal to promote the two countries agricultural product trade cooperation. In this study, the author combines the theory with the empirical analysis and the data with the text to sort out the influencing factors and countermeasures of the agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia. The trade gravity model is used to regression and test the factors influencing the Sino-Russian agricultural trade cooperation, to verify the influence of the proposed factors on the Sino-Russian agricultural trade cooperation, and to elaborate the positive or negative effects. How does it work? According to the study, agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia is positively affected by the level of economic development of the two countries, the diversification of transport modes, the degree of infrastructure construction and the construction of border agricultural bases, as well as by the transport costs and natural conditions of the two countries. The negative effect of professionals and other factors. Among them, transportation mode, infrastructure construction and agricultural base construction are the most important factors that affect Sino-Russian agricultural trade cooperation. Although the fund input and WTO factor have not passed the significance test, but still have certain influence to the Sino-Russian agricultural product trade cooperation. Therefore, in view of the above research, it is proposed to improve the investment environment, focus on training cooperative talents for Russia's agricultural bases, and improve the construction of supporting agricultural infrastructure. In order to promote the further development of agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia, we should establish the agricultural production base group and improve the quality of agricultural products in China and Russia along the road.
