企业文印设备经营租赁服务商选择研究

【摘要】：文印设备租赁是目前经营租赁市场较为活跃的重要部分。在发达国家,60%以上的企业采用文印设备经营租赁模式,世界500强企业中已有85%的企业采用了全部或部分文印设备经营租赁模式。在我国,文印设备经营租赁市场经过多年的培育和发展,市场潜力巨大。文印设备经营租赁服务商不仅提供多样的产品和完善的服务,同时还帮助企业有效控制运营成本,得到越来越多企业的青睐。目前,我国文印设备经营租赁服务商水平参差不齐,在技术力量、管理水平及服务范围等方面存在较大差距。如果服务商选择不当,不仅不能降低运营成本、提高效率,反而会存在影响组织正常运作、泄露信息等风险,如何选择文印设备经营租赁服务商日益成为困扰承租企业的一个重要问题。然而,目前关于文印设备经营租赁服务商选择方面的研究还未受到关注,无法有效指导企业选择合适的文印设备经营租赁服务商。基于此,在系统梳理文献和实地调研的基础上,结合文印设备经营租赁服务商选择的影响因素,初步选择租金、相关交易成本、设备质量、耗材质量、维修服务、企业规模、行业经验、长期合作期望、信用水平等17个评价指标作为服务商选择的初选评价指标。运用两轮德尔菲法对初选指标进行筛选,最终确定采用信用水平、维修服务、市场占有率、价格、企业规模、关系管理成本等13个指标对文印设备经营租赁服务商进行评价。采用因子分析法,通过适用性检验、因子分析、因子命名、信度和效度检验等步骤,构建出一套科学合理的文印设备经营租赁服务商评价指标体系。运用模糊综合评价法,通过确定评价指标集合、确定评价等级集、利用层次分析法确定评价指标权重等步骤建立文印设备经营租赁服务商评价模型,对备选文印设备经营经营租赁租赁服务商进行评价。最后,提出企业在选择文印设备经营租赁服务商时的几点建议,通过成立临时委员会、加强对服务商的管理、树立风险意识等措施,为企业选择合适的文印设备经营租赁服务商。
[Abstract]:Printing equipment lease is the current operating lease market more active important part. More than 60% of the enterprises in developed countries adopt the operating leasing mode of printing equipment, and 85% of the top 500 enterprises in the world have adopted all or part of the operating leasing mode of printing equipment. In China, printing equipment rental market after years of cultivation and development, the market potential is huge. Printing equipment rental service provider not only provides a variety of products and perfect services, but also helps enterprises to effectively control operating costs, more and more enterprises favor. At present, the level of Chinese printing equipment leasing service provider is not uniform, and there is a big gap in technical force, management level and service range. If the service provider is not chosen properly, it will not only reduce the operating cost and improve the efficiency, but also will have the risk of affecting the normal operation of the organization and leaking information. How to choose the lease service provider of printing equipment has become an important problem that puzzles the leasing enterprises. However, at present, the research on the selection of lease service provider for printing equipment has not been paid attention to, and it is unable to guide the enterprise to choose suitable lease service provider for printing equipment. Based on this, on the basis of systematic combing of literature and field investigation, combined with the factors affecting the selection of lease service providers for printing equipment, we initially selected rents, related transaction costs, equipment quality, consumables quality, maintenance services, and enterprise scale. Industry experience, long-term cooperation expectation, credit level and other 17 evaluation indicators are selected as primary evaluation indicators by service providers. This paper uses two rounds of Delphi method to screen the primary election index, and finally determines 13 indexes, such as credit level, maintenance service, market share, price, enterprise scale, relationship management cost, and so on, to evaluate the operating and leasing service providers of Wenyin equipment. A scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for lease service providers of text printing equipment was constructed by using factor analysis, factor naming, reliability and validity test. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of the lease service provider of Wenyin equipment by determining the evaluation index set and the evaluation grade set and using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the evaluation index. Evaluate the operating rental service provider of alternative printing equipment. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprises to select printing equipment to operate rental service providers. Through the establishment of temporary committees, the management of service providers should be strengthened and risk awareness should be established. Select suitable printing equipment for the enterprise operating leasing service provider.
