WM(中国)超市门店培训体系构建研究

【摘要】:在当今知识经济的大环境下,人力资源成为推动企业持续发展的核心资源。随着知识体系地不断更新,企业要保持市场竞争力,必须通过培训来提升企业人力资源的竞争力,从而使其获得持续发展的创造能力。随着经济地快速发展,作为零售业的领军企业,WM(中国)超市加快了在中国的发展速度,超市门店数量不断增多,员工队伍逐年增加,人力资源管理难度加大。为了进一步提升门店人力资源管理效能,WM(中国)超市需要构建适应企业发展的门店人力资源培训体系。因此,本文以WM(中国)超市门店人力资源为研究对象,构建科学合理的培训体系及实施对策,旨在为WM(中国)超市培养后继发展的人才,提高WM(中国)超市在市场的竞争力。本文在总结分析培训理论、培训体系、培训制度相关研究成果的基础上,对企业人力资源培训体系、培训发展趋势进行研究。企业培训体系在企业发展战略的基础上,通过建立培训组织机构、完善培训运作流程、制定培训管理制度三个方面进行培训体系构建。其次,通过对WM(中国)超市门店人力资源状况和培训现状进行分析,按照现代企业培训体系的设计理念,科学确定WM(中国)超市门店培训组织机构的培训职责,从培训需求分析、培训计划制定、培训组织实施、培训效果评估四个方面完善WM(中国)超市门店培训运作流程,从岗位职能考核制度、培训经费管理制度、培训时间保证制度三个方面来保障WM(中国)超市门店培训工作地有效实施。最后从全员参与培训工作、建立考核激励机制、加强师资队伍建设、创建自主学习氛围等方面提出WM(中国)超市门店培训体系地实施对策,保障WM(中国)超市门店培训体系地建立和运行。
[Abstract]:In today's knowledge-based economy environment, human resources become the core resources to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. With the continuous renewal of knowledge system, enterprises must improve the competitiveness of human resources through training to maintain their market competitiveness, so that they can obtain the creative ability of sustainable development. With the rapid development of economy, as the leading enterprise of retailing, the supermarket in China has speeded up the speed of development, the number of supermarket stores has been increasing, the number of staff has increased year by year, and the difficulty of human resource management has been increased. In order to further improve the efficiency of store human resources management (WM) supermarkets need to build a store human resources training system adapted to the development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper takes the human resources of WM (China) supermarket as the research object, constructs the scientific and reasonable training system and the implementation countermeasure, aims to train the successor talents for the WM (China) supermarket, and to improve the competition ability of the WM (China) supermarket in the market. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant research results of training theory, training system and training system, this paper studies the human resource training system and training development trend of enterprises. On the basis of the enterprise development strategy, the enterprise training system is constructed from three aspects: establishing the training organization, perfecting the training operation process and establishing the training management system. Secondly, according to the design concept of modern enterprise training system, the training responsibility of WM supermarket store training organization is scientifically determined by analyzing the status of human resources and training status of WM supermarket store, according to the design concept of modern enterprise training system. From four aspects of training needs analysis, training plan formulation, training organization implementation, training effect evaluation, improve the WM supermarket store training operation process, from the post function assessment system, training funds management system, Three aspects of training time guarantee system to ensure the WM (China) supermarket store training effective implementation. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures of WM supermarket store training system from the aspects of all staff participating in the training work, establishing the examination incentive mechanism, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and creating the independent learning atmosphere, etc. Ensure the establishment and operation of WM (China) supermarket store training system.
