软件外包合作企业间信任关系演变研究

【摘要】:软件外包是服务外包产业的重要分支,经过近十年的快速发展,越来越成为促进我国经济增长的新亮点。信任是促进软件外包合作成功的关键因素之一。软件外包领域关于信任的研究主要集中在验证信任对软件外包合作绩效的影响、分析影响信任建立和信任维持的因素上,从动态发展角度对软件外包企业间信任变化的研究相对有限。本文首先在前人研究的基础上,结合软件外包实际情况,提出了先验型信任的概念,这种信任是产生于正式合作之前、低水平、不稳定的信任,从信任产生时间和系统发展两个角度将信任划分为先验型、计算型、了解型和认同型四种,四种信任是有序的,认同型信任是最高层次的信任,在详细阐述四种信任基本含义和变化过程的基础上,结合合作关系从无到有、从初建到成熟的发展特征,构建了信任关系演变的理论模型。其次,以四组中日软件外包企业间的合作为研究对象,使用多案例分析的方法从先验型信任和计算型信任的产生与建立过程、信任由低层次升级至较高层次、信任由高层次降低至低层次等角度探讨信任关系的演变过程;结合外包关系的发展过程,总结出两阶段的信任关系演化路径,第一阶段对应战术型外包关系,信任的变化从双方正式合作前就已开始,涉及的信任包括先验型、计算型和了解型,第二阶段描述了进行长期外包合作企业间的信任变化情况,对应于战略型和变革型外包关系,信任从了解型开始,并最终发展至认同型。最后,对理论模型中信任演变过程的关键节点进行补充说明,进一步分析合作双方在面临信任升级、信任维持和信任降低选择过程中的博弈过程,使用演化博弈的方法,结合多案例分析结论提出相应的参数假设,分别构建了双方在面临信任关系升级和面临信任关系降低时的博弈模型,分析了不同的演化稳定策略并进行了数值仿真验证,最终识别出影响信任策略演变的关键参数,并据此提出了相应建议。本文利用多案例研究法和演化博弈理论对软件外包合作双方的信任演变路径进行了分析和验证,得出了一系列的结论,为合作双方更好的促进信任关系升级、避免信任关系降低的信任关系治理工作提供了理论和实践参考。
[Abstract]:Software outsourcing is an important branch of service outsourcing industry. After nearly ten years of rapid development, software outsourcing has become a new bright spot to promote the economic growth of our country. Trust is one of the key factors to promote the success of software outsourcing cooperation. The research on trust in the field of software outsourcing mainly focuses on verifying the impact of trust on the performance of software outsourcing cooperation, and analyzes the factors that affect trust building and trust maintenance. From the perspective of dynamic development, the research on trust change among software outsourcing enterprises is relatively limited. In this paper, based on the previous research and the actual situation of software outsourcing, the concept of transcendental trust is put forward. This kind of trust is a low level and unstable trust before formal cooperation. From the point of view of the time of trust generation and system development, trust is divided into four types: transcendental type, computational type, understanding type and identity type. Four kinds of trust are ordered, and identity trust is the highest level of trust. On the basis of expatiating the basic meaning and changing process of four kinds of trust, combining the characteristics of the relationship of cooperation from scratch to maturity, the theoretical model of the evolution of trust relationship is constructed. Secondly, taking the cooperation between Chinese and Japanese software outsourcing enterprises as the research object, using the method of multi-case analysis, the trust is upgraded from the lower level to the higher level from the generation and establishment process of the transcendental trust and the computational trust. This paper discusses the evolution process of trust relationship from high level to low level, and sums up the evolution path of trust relationship in two stages according to the development process of outsourcing relationship, the first stage corresponds to tactical outsourcing relationship. The change of trust begins before the formal cooperation between the two sides. The trust involved includes the prior type, the computational type and the understanding type. The second stage describes the change of trust between the enterprises engaged in long-term outsourcing cooperation. Corresponding to strategic and transformational outsourcing relationships, trust begins with understanding and eventually develops to identity. Finally, the key nodes of the trust evolution process in the theoretical model are explained, and the game process in the process of trust upgrade, trust maintenance and trust reduction selection is further analyzed, and the evolutionary game method is used. Combined with the conclusion of multi-case analysis, the corresponding parameter assumptions are put forward, and the game models of both sides facing the upgrade and decline of trust relationship are constructed, and different evolutionary stabilization strategies are analyzed and verified by numerical simulation. Finally, the key parameters affecting the evolution of trust strategy are identified, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. This paper analyzes and verifies the evolution path of trust between software outsourcing partners by using multi-case study and evolutionary game theory, and draws a series of conclusions, which can promote the upgrade of trust relationship between the two partners better. It provides theoretical and practical reference for the governance of trust relationship to avoid the reduction of trust relationship.
