中国茶叶产品出口贸易结构研究

【摘要】:中国是茶叶的故乡,茶叶资源禀赋优越,生产茶叶种类也较为齐全,拥有绿茶、红茶等六大茶类。中国茶叶种植范围也很广泛,茶叶的种植遍布了中国26个省份。中国同时也是茶叶出口大国,茶叶一直以来都是中国的传统出口农产品之一,在创汇方面发挥着积极的作用。自加入WTO以来,中国茶叶出口贸易规模发展较为迅速,2009年中国茶叶出口量更是首次突破了30万吨大关,2010年茶叶出口量也达到了世界茶叶出口第二的位置。然而,自此以后,中国茶叶出口量就开始踌躇不前,有些年份茶叶出口甚至呈现负增长,与此同时,中国茶叶出口占世界同期茶叶进口的份额也逐渐下滑。现在,中国茶叶出口状况不容乐观,诸如出口市场过于集中于亚非市场而新兴市场开发不够等诸多问题都亟待改善。在此背景之下,本文综合运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法对中国茶叶出口贸易结构进行了系统的研究。首先本文运用分散度指数、劳伦斯指数、匹配度指数以及收益型结构变动指数等指标对中国茶叶出口结构进行分析评价。研究结果显示:中国出口茶叶产品主要集中在绿茶类产品上,并且集中现象越来越明显,出口茶叶商品结构需求适应性较差;中国茶叶产品出口目标市场过于集中在亚非市场,与当前世界茶叶进口市场结构并不匹配;茶叶出口结构近年来一直处于变动之中,有优化的迹象,但优化的趋势并不明显。接着本文利用CMS模型测算了入世以来茶叶出口结构对茶叶出口变动的影响效应,结果显示,中国茶叶出口市场结构对茶叶出口变动起着比较明显的制约作用,在一定程度上阻碍阻碍了中国茶叶出口的增长。最后,本文结合研究结论为促进中国茶叶出口增长提出了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:China is the hometown of tea, tea resources are superior, tea varieties are relatively complete, with green tea, black tea and other six kinds of tea. Tea is also widely cultivated in China, covering 26 provinces. China is also a tea export country, tea has always been one of China's traditional export agricultural products, and plays an active role in foreign exchange earning. Since China's entry into WTO, the scale of China's tea export trade has developed rapidly. In 2009, the Chinese tea export volume broke through the 300000 ton mark for the first time, and the tea export volume reached the second place in the world in 2010. Since then, however, China's tea exports have faltered, growing even negatively in some years, while China's share of world tea imports has declined over the same period. Now, China's tea export situation is not optimistic, such as the export market is too concentrated in Asia and Africa, and emerging markets are not well developed and many other problems need to be improved. Under this background, this paper makes a systematic study on the structure of China's tea export trade by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. In this paper, the dispersion index, Lawrence index, matching index and income structure change index are used to analyze and evaluate the export structure of Chinese tea. The results show that China's export tea products are mainly concentrated on green tea products, and the concentration phenomenon is becoming more and more obvious, and the adaptability of the structural demand for tea exports is poor, and the export target market of Chinese tea products is too concentrated in the Asian-African market. The structure of tea export has been changing in recent years, there are signs of optimization, but the trend of optimization is not obvious. Then this paper calculates the effect of tea export structure on tea export change by using CMS model. The results show that the structure of Chinese tea export market has a significant effect on the change of tea export. To some extent, hindered the growth of Chinese tea exports. Finally, based on the conclusion of the study, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting China's tea export growth.
