越南大米出口国际竞争力研究

【摘要】:虽然越南在工业化进程中取得了长足进步,但本质上其还是一个农业大国。大米不但是越南主要粮食作物,也是用于出口创汇的主要经济农作物之一,为越南赢得了巨大外汇收益。虽然越南大米种植历史悠久,但种植机械化程度低、质量不高,越南加入WTO后,机遇与挑战并存。对越南大米出口国际竞争力进行分析,找出竞争优势,对提升其国际竞争力,及对越南农业的发展都具有要意义。首先,对越南大米生产面积、生产力及生产地区等大米生产状况进行了调研。其次,从越南大米出口历程、大米出口量、出口金额、出口价格、出口种类以及出口市场等方面论述了越南大米外贸发展与现状。最后,从国际市场占有率、贸易竞争指数、显示性比较优势三方面对越南大米出口的国际竞争力进行定量分析,并运用波特国际竞争优势理论分析越南大米国际竞争力的影响因素。研究表明:越南在大米出口国际竞争力上有着比较强的竞争力,但在大米出口质量和出口价格方面的竞争力还比较弱。鉴于此,本文提出了一系建议和措施,为提升越南大米产业国际竞争力提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Although Vietnam has made great progress in industrialization, it is in essence a big agricultural country. Rice is not only the main food crop in Vietnam, but also one of the main economic crops used for export to earn foreign exchange. Although Vietnam has a long history of rice planting, the degree of mechanization is low and the quality is not high. After Vietnam joins WTO, opportunities and challenges coexist. This paper analyzes the international competitiveness of Vietnam's rice export and finds out its competitive advantage, which is of great significance to the improvement of its international competitiveness and to the development of Vietnam's agriculture. Firstly, the rice production area, productivity and production area of Vietnam were investigated. Secondly, the development and present situation of Vietnam's rice foreign trade are discussed from the aspects of Vietnam's rice export process, rice export volume, export amount, export price, export type and export market. Finally, the international competitiveness of Vietnam's rice exports is quantitatively analyzed from three aspects: international market share, trade competition index and indicative comparative advantage. And use Porter's international competitive advantage theory to analyze the influencing factors of Vietnamese rice's international competitiveness. The results show that Vietnam has a strong competitiveness in the international competitiveness of rice export, but the competitiveness of rice export quality and export price is still relatively weak. In view of this, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions and measures to improve the international competitiveness of Vietnam's rice industry.
