商业企业向社会企业转变动因研究

【摘要】:社会企业在我国作为一个新生的事物,公众对它的认知度还很低,相比国外而言,我国对社会企业的案例研究还比较匮乏。目前我国学者和实践家对社会企业的研究重点放在了非营利组织的社会化,探讨非营利组织如何通过效仿企业运营模式,发展为社会企业,解决公共部门服务不足等社会弊端。然而,企业发展为社会企业也是帮助政府部门发展社会福利、解决部分社会问题的不错方式。基于此,本文试图探讨以下几个方面问题:第一,促成企业由传统的商业企业发展为社会企业的影响动力因素有哪些;第二,这些动因之间的相互关系是什么;第三,企业如何向社会企业转变,转变过程中,企业内部发生怎样的变化。本文从案例研究入手,通过选取典型社会企业案例,按照扎根理论研究方法,进行多案例复制研究,在分析案例的基础上,总结归纳促使这一现象出现的动力因素,提出一种企业发展为社会企业的动力机制,本文的研究发现主要有以下几个方面:第一,中小型民营企业最具发展为社会企业的可能性,这主要是因为此类企业规模小,决策权掌握在极少数人的手中,掌权者如果具有向社会企业发展的决心,那么企业很容易从商业企业发展为社会企业。第二,通过对典型案例的分析,发现企业家因素是导致企业从商业企业发展为社会企业的关键核心因素,企业家个人知识水平、价值观、经历的不同,影响企业的发展方向。具有宗教信仰、人文气息浓厚的企业家,更具有领导企业向社会企业转变的可能。第三,企业会产生向社会企业发展的转变,受到政府、社会、文化传统的影响,其中政府起着规制和引导支持作用,社会因素为产生转变营造了环境氛围和推动力,而文化传统因素直接作用于企业家因素,对向社会企业发展产生的影响最大,这也决定了在促使更多的企业向社会企业发展推进过程中,我们要尤其重视文化传统的熏陶和社会企业家的塑造。第四,研究发现企业家的理念通过影响动员员工、与员工共同组织活动,影响企业组织结构或者组织机制的转变,即通过“企业家——员工——组织”这样一个影响机制,完成企业向社会企业转变的过程。基于对案例的分析,本文归纳了企业发展为社会企业的影响因素,分析了影响因素之间的关系以及它们如何促使企业发生转变,构建了商业企业发展为社会企业的动力机制模型图,并提出了管理启示。
[Abstract]:Social enterprises as a new thing in China, the public's awareness of it is still very low, compared with foreign countries, the case study of social enterprise in our country is still relatively scarce. At present, scholars and practitioners in our country focus on the socialization of non-profit organizations, and probe into how non-profit organizations can develop into social enterprises by imitating the operation mode of enterprises, and solve the social drawbacks such as inadequate service in the public sector. However, enterprise development as a social enterprise is also a good way to help government departments develop social welfare and solve some social problems. Based on this, this paper attempts to explore the following aspects: first, what are the factors that influence the development of enterprises from traditional commercial enterprises to social enterprises, second, what is the relationship between these motives; Thirdly, how to change to social enterprises, and how to change in the process of transformation. This paper starts with the case study, through selecting the typical social enterprise case, according to the rooted theory research method, carries on the multi-case copy research, on the basis of the analysis case, summarizes and induces the impetus factor which impedes this phenomenon to appear. This paper puts forward a dynamic mechanism for enterprises to develop into social enterprises. The main findings of this paper are as follows: first, small and medium-sized private enterprises are the most likely to develop into social enterprises, which is mainly due to the small scale of such enterprises. The decision-making power is in the hands of a small number of people. If those in power have the determination to develop to social enterprises, then enterprises can easily develop from commercial enterprises to social enterprises. Secondly, through the analysis of typical cases, it is found that the entrepreneur factor is the key factor that causes the enterprise to develop from the commercial enterprise to the social enterprise, the entrepreneur's personal knowledge level, the values and the experience are different, which influence the development direction of the enterprise. Entrepreneurs with religious beliefs and strong humanistic atmosphere have the possibility of leading enterprises to social enterprises. Third, the enterprise will produce to the social enterprise development transformation, by the government, the society, the cultural tradition influence, the government plays the regulation and the guidance support function, the social factor has created the environment atmosphere and the impetus to produce the transformation. The factors of culture and tradition act directly on the factors of entrepreneurs and have the greatest influence on the development of social enterprises. This also determines that in the process of promoting more enterprises to develop into social enterprises, We should pay special attention to the cultivation of cultural traditions and the shaping of social entrepreneurs. Fourthly, the study found that the idea of entrepreneur can influence the organizational structure or the change of organizational mechanism by influencing the mobilization of employees, organizing activities with employees, that is, through the "enterprise-employee organization" influence mechanism. Complete the process of transforming an enterprise into a social enterprise. Based on the analysis of cases, this paper sums up the influencing factors of the development of enterprises into social enterprises, and analyzes the relationship between the factors and how they promote the transformation of enterprises. The dynamic mechanism model of the development of commercial enterprises into social enterprises is constructed, and the management enlightenment is put forward.
