广西服务业竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：随着经济发展的节奏日益加快,服务业涉及到了人们生活的方方面面,在社会生活中起着越来越重要的作用。一个地区的经济是否发达,需要重点关注当地的服务业发展情况,服务业的发展成为衡量一个地区经济发展的重要标志。近年来,广西响应政府的号召,服务业的发展也相应取得了一定的进步,总量上有所提高,一些新兴服务业也逐步发展起来,但效果还不是很明显。广西服务业正处于由传统型服务业向现代型服务业转型的过程中,服务业结构不合理,发展相对滞后,传统服务业所占比例仍然过大,将不利于服务业的发展和竞争力水平的提高。并且,受地域经济发展水平的限制,各区域服务业发展不均衡,地区与地区之间差距较大。因此,为了提升广西服务业竞争力水平,本文对其进行深入研究,具有重大的理论和实际意义。本文共分为六章,第一章为绪论,包括服务业竞争力的研究背景意义,论文的主要研究内容,阐述了研究方法和本文的创新点;第二章为国内外文献综述,界定了服务业竞争力的概念,从服务业竞争力指标体系、影响因素和评价方法等方面具体对服务业进行综述分析;第三章主要是构建竞争力评价指标体系,对各个指标进行说明,为下一章实证分析奠定基础;第四章对广西服务业竞争力进行实证分析,首先利用统计年鉴收集相关数据,然后采用因子分析法,运用SPSS软件,详细的对广西14个地级市的服务业竞争力进行评价,得出4个主因子和综合排名,排在前三位的分别是南宁市、柳州市和防城港市,其他市区服务业发展仍然较为缓慢;第五章对广西服务业竞争力影响因素进行分析,找出影响服务业发展的主要因素。本章首先根据理论和实际情况找出可能的影响因素,然后建立回归模型,利用面板数据,对影响因素进行回归分析,最后找出影响服务业竞争力水平的五大主要因素,分别是人均GDP、人口密度、城市化水平、对外开放程度和政府作用;第六章为总结与展望,对论文的内容进行总结得出最终结论,提出今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the increasing pace of economic development, the service industry is involved in all aspects of people's lives and plays an increasingly important role in social life. Whether the economy of a region is developed or not, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of the local service industry, and the development of the service industry has become an important symbol to measure the economic development of a region. In recent years, in response to the call of the government, Guangxi has made certain progress in the development of the service industry, the total amount has been improved, and some new service industries have gradually developed, but the effect is not very obvious. Guangxi's service industry is in the process of transition from traditional service industry to modern service industry. The structure of service industry is unreasonable, the development of service industry is relatively lagging behind, and the proportion of traditional service industry is still too large. It will not be conducive to the development of the service industry and the improvement of competitiveness. Moreover, the development of service industry in different regions is not balanced due to the restriction of regional economic development level, and there is a big gap between different regions. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of Guangxi's service industry, this paper makes a thorough study of it, which has great theoretical and practical significance. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background significance of the competitiveness of the service industry, the main research content of the paper, the research method and the innovation of this paper; The second chapter is the domestic and foreign literature review, defines the concept of service industry competitiveness, from the service industry competitiveness index system, impact factors and evaluation methods and other aspects of the specific analysis of the service industry; The third chapter is to build the competitiveness evaluation index system, to explain each index, for the next chapter of empirical analysis to lay the foundation; The fourth chapter makes an empirical analysis on the competitiveness of Guangxi's service industry. Firstly, it collects relevant data by using the statistical yearbook, and then evaluates the competitiveness of service industry of 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi by using factor analysis and SPSS software in detail. Four main factors and comprehensive ranking, the top three are Nanning City, Liuzhou City and Fangchenggang City, other urban services are still relatively slow development; The fifth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of Guangxi service industry competitiveness and finds out the main factors that influence the development of service industry. This chapter first finds out the possible factors according to the theory and the actual situation, then establishes the regression model, uses panel data, carries on the regression analysis to the influence factor, finally finds out the five main factors which affect the competitiveness level of the service industry. The population density of GDP, per capita, the level of urbanization, the degree of opening to the outside world and the role of government; The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect. The final conclusion is drawn and the future research direction is put forward.
